"As soon as I got the shipping information, I called the shipping company to get the details of the delivery and the lady gave me a wide window of 1 week and said they will call as we get closer to the date. The very following day we had to be out of town and we left very early and in the afternoon I am checking my emails, I get an email that my order has been delivered. I was surprised and upset at the same time. We came home the following day early morning and noticed that it had rained overnight and the walls were soaked up. At least two of the boards were warped. Senseless trucking company!"

"I wanted to give this 5 stars but had to settle for 4. Customer Service was great and always ready to assist. Had a glitch with the delivery that added a little complication. There were NO assembly instructions included with the display cabinet; however, SSW emailed them to me as soon as I inquired about it. And there were crucial parts missing (the screws to hold the shelf assembly) which required a run to the hardware store. The assembly instructions were quite bad; parts were not labeled so assembly was much more difficult than it needed to be. But, we LOVE the finished cabinet!"
"We ordered 4 of the rolling wire racks. On the day of arrival we received the the 4 bases and 2 wire racks. It took an additional 2 days receive another rack and finally a third day to receive the last rack.
They were easy enough to put together. The downfall is with the screws. When rolling the racks, the nuts, screws, and washer fall out.

"I ordered 6 slat wall bin on the 30th of Dec. The bins showed in stock and a day later I get an email that they are out of stock and would be a week late. No offer to change the color of the bins or anything. Now2 weeks later, I have not recieved any updates or the bins. This isn't the1st time I have had issues with this company. On mutiple orders they short shipped, On one order they were short a 12"x12"x8" slat wall basket. I contacted them and they said they would ship out the missing items and never received anything. This is my last time ordering from them. "
"I ordered 65 of the 18” metal shirt hangers and 25 of the 16” metal lingerie hangers. The box that came contained 44 of the 18” shirt hangers and 23 of the 16” lingerie hangers. To be 32% & 8% under order is ridiculous. I called and was helped by Emily (who was wonderful and apologetic) who put in another order for the difference that I was shorted… but to be THAT much off and for the shipping weight to have not even been an indicator of the shortage is crazy. If I hadn’t counted I wouldn’t have even known I was short A LOT. I will not be ordering from this company again. "
"I ordered 2 of these racks in black to set up my walk-in closet in a bedroom. They were much larger than I anticipated. They are a great quality, sturdy and hold LOTS of clothes, up to 300lb weight limit. I was able to put them together myself and I am the LEAST handiest person. (Two people would be easiest, but one is doable). I am so pleased with these for the price and function. Glad I went with Store Supply. "
