Disappointing to say the least
"I ordered 65 of the 18” metal shirt hangers and 25 of the 16” metal lingerie hangers. The box that came contained 44 of the 18” shirt hangers and 23 of the 16” lingerie hangers. To be 32% & 8% under order is ridiculous. I called and was helped by Emily (who was wonderful and apologetic) who put in another order for the difference that I was shorted… but to be THAT much off and for the shipping weight to have not even been an indicator of the shortage is crazy. If I hadn’t counted I wouldn’t have even known I was short A LOT. I will not be ordering from this company again."
