"StubHub created a memory that I can not forget. I wasn't planning to go to the concert at until 4 hours before showtime. StubHub made that possible even though the tickets were sold out. Thanks StubHub."
"i bought tickets the morning of a show, was told they would arrive in my inbox at the start of the show. The showtime arrived, and i didn't get anything. I then contacted customer service only to be told the seller is "no longer able to send my tickets." there was nothing they could do for me so i had to request a refund that will take up to 10 days to come through. Had to quickly open ticketmaster and make a second purchase as the show started in order to attend. Never using stubhub again"
"Terrible! I bought parking pass and ticket to ND/OSU game and the tickets were never transferred. Spent over 2 hours on the phone and all they will do is give me a refund. What about the travel to the game, lost time, etc? What a joke! Avoid this site."
"Never sell on stubhub!
They just scam both sellers and buyers to pocket in whatever they can. "
"Paid $34.88 for a parking pass to a 9/8 Phoenix Mercury game on 9/5. Received an email from StubHub on 9/6 saying the seller had transfered my ticket and sent me an email with the link. I never received that email from the seller. I followed all their troubleshooting steps; still no ticket. They asked me to send screenshots of: my Ticketmaster account showing my email address matched the address in my StubHub account, my Ticketmaster account showing no events, my Ticketmaster account showing my country of origin and that I was logged into Ticketmaster.com, AND a screenshot showing my email inbox with "ticket transfer" in the search bar showing no results from Ticketmaster. I sent them all these screenshots TWICE (on Thursday and on Friday), and StubHub never responded further. I never received the parking pass and had to buy another one (through a different app; I will never use StubHub again). Their lack of customer service is just disgusting."
"They allow "re-salers" to put tickets up for sale based on a seating chart they post on their website at astronomical prices only to change the stage arrangement three days later and the same seats/tickets (which are now crappy) are a third of the price. Unbelievable. I'm sick!"
"I bought 7 tickets from StubHub, for Real Madrid vs Milan in LA, when I get there, guess what? All 7 tickets didn't show in the system, AXS told me, StubHub, didn't send it to them, nothing they could do to me, wasn't only me in the stadium who had the problem, me and 20 / 25 persons had the same problem, I had to buy every seven tickets again, and I saw when I bought the ticket in the stadium, in the StubHub was over price too.
I am really disappointed with StubHub, I did two orders, first order was 4 tickets and the second order, was 3, but they offer me only 25% of the second order, the cheaper order, in the voucher, after two weeks of trying to get my refund, they just said,
“We don't owing anything to you, we can offer only 25% of one order, the cheaper one, if you want, because of our policy, you contact us only one day, after the event”
Obviously, I did contact them
One day after the event, the first think, they did me lose half-game, because AXS couldn't find my tickets, because StubHub, didn't send them to AXS, second think, why I didn't contact them on the same day, at the stadium in the game day, had no internet, I leave from there almost midnight, because of traffic. Now they telling me that, because of me, they have nothing owing me, only 25% of $648.97, if I want.
I spend with StubHub almost $1600, +$1200 (I bought them, on the front of the stadium, in a better location than StuHub every seven tickets again), after two weeks of trying to get my refund, they offer me $162.24, and said, we don't owing you anything, wasn't our mistake, total disrespect with the customer and changing us, over princes tickets too, I'll never use StubHub again.
Don't buy from them, they are over price, if you have a problem, you gonna lose 75% of your amount. Because is their policy."
"When getting close to the event, I noticed my listing wasn't showing up anymore. After investigating, I see a ton of new listings with "preferred" status, all listed at the same price. which leads me to believe stub hub is holding and releasing their own internal listings. Its more tickets than any individual could have been holding. People shopping for tickets would have had to go into their filters and turn off the pre selected "preferred" tickets filter in order for my listing to show up. so I deleted that listing and started fresh. Now they're on day 3 of asking for proof of purchase, etc. all of which Ive provided immediately when asked, and they still haven't approved it, with the event being just over a week away. Very suspicious activity on their part"
"I went on StubHub to sell 2 tickets. Someone bought ten minutes after posting. I thought the buyer wanted both tickets. Then I got email saying I had another sale.
This was my first time selling on here. I mistakenly transferred both tickets to first buyer. The buyer never returned the other ticket.
Im not sure if StubHub will give me the money from the sale, or take money from me. I never want to use this company again. "
"Purchased tickets for me and the kids to go see Kevin Hart; Atlantic City. two hotels rooms and a car rental, along with gas expense and tolls. and the the icing on the cake. StubHub never delivered the tickets for said show.
numerous phone calls and emails. total incompetence and irresponsibility. How are these people even in business?
Already contacted my attorney (The one who charges $1000 @hour)
Its not the money, but the waste of time and the sheer magnitude of incompetence from Stubhub.
You guys can go ahead and erase this email.
WE WILL SEE YOU IN COURT. Oh, and did I fail to mention, my three million followers on my media platform will also receive the well deserved ; negative reviews I will leave behind. you guys at Stubhub are the very worse.
oh; and one more thing,I am sure, among many things my lawyers will do; Contacting the Attorney General will be the first.

"I purchased 2 tickets to a Washington Nationals v Mets game on Mothers Day for $270. I have a 90 minute drive to the ballpark. Two hours before Gametime I called the representative asking where my tickets were. He said, “ the seller hasn’t released them yet.” Seriously!!
I demanded a full refund. He said, “ you need to fine a complaint explaining the situation “. Are you kidding me!!! On top of that, I spent another $120 on a parking pass to which he said, that ticket was released so it’s not eligible for a refund. Great!! I have a parking pass and no game tickets. What a joke. Total SCAM. I’ll NEVER use StubHub again and would encourage anyone reading this to avoid their platform. "
"They are a scam, do not sell tickets on stubhub, they refuse to pay you out. They will create double listings for your tickets and hide behind company lingo/policy to not pay you out. Their customer service is useless and will not respond to any phone calls or emails. Do not sell your tickets on stubhub because they have refused to pay me or my friends out."
"Worst company I have had to interact with in a long time. I tried to sell 2 tickets on stub hub. I sold my tickets, called Stub hub to make sure I did it correctly (they confirmed) and now they are saying I missed a step and will not pay me for the sale! Legit they are the worst. If you want to buy or sell tickets use Ticketmaster or LEGIT ANY OTHER PLATFORM"
"Stubhub is a scam site, do not sell your tickets here. Their system glitches and causes your option that requires all tickets to be purchased together, to any number of tickets can be purchased. This glitch is common and many sellers have mentioned this to me. Someone purchased one ticket of mine, and I emailed them to cancel their purchase as it is a mistake, called Stubhub who basically said tough luck, and that I need to transfer the ticket or they will charge me. One minute later they sentd me an email that I must transfer 2 tickets even though the buyer only paid for 1.... WHAT? Cancelling account, never use again!"
"Don’t Sign in with Apple ID. Use your original username. The mobile ticket you receive will be encrypted and you’ll have to jump through MLB Ballpark and then MLB apps. I’ve been on the phone for three days (at least 5 hours…) with Stubhub customer service and haven’t received the promised tickets yet. They were sent to an Apple ID private relay address 12 days ago …. Customer service (Philippines) says I’ll get them soon… we’ll see…"
"I had a terrible experience with StubHub. I purchased what I thought were general admission tickets, but it turned out to be fast lane passes at an exorbitant price higher than the current list price for general admission tickets. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was met with unprofessional and unhelpful representatives. The customer service manager, Ronel, showed no remorse and actually chuckled while I was on the phone with him. I demand a full and fair refund and I would not recommend this company to anyone."
