We looked into your reservation and couldn't find any record of phone calls or emails for you requesting a change, only that you called to confirm the reservation on May 12. The ticket was available to change without fees, which we would have been happy to help you with, but we can see that you called the airline directly and cancelled the ticket several weeks ago.
