Great pricing but hard to get onto an agent for re-booking

"Student universe is easy, straight forward and cheap. But compromises customer service when you have to need to get onto someone to rebook due to Covid but this is the price you pay when booking"

We looked into your reservation and couldn't find any record of phone calls or emails for you requesting a change, only that you called to confirm the reservation on May 12. The ticket was available to change without fees, which we would have been happy to help you with, but we can see that you called the airline directly and cancelled the ticket several weeks ago. Please feel free to reach back out directly if there's anything we can do for you at this point.”
