"Agent told me they rebooked my ticket due to delayed flight. Airline told me it hasn't been confirmed and I cannot fly on the day I was supposed to travel. Trying to get hold of them- 90mins waiting time, hard to understand while being charged international call charge. No idea if I will get any money back "

A rep from StudentUniverse, StudentTraveler, has responded:
“Hi there, we're sorry you feel this way. We were able to send you an email about the schedule change the airline made to your flight within 48 hours after the change was made (and more than a month in advance of your flight), but did not hear from you until a day before your flight. At that point, it is often very difficult to make changes and new accommodations. In addition, you had already purchased a new ticket for the first leg of your flight, and we are not able to "connect" two separate itineraries into one. We do apologize that you were unhappy with the service provided. In the future, if an airline schedule change doesn't work for you, please do contact us directly as soon as possible so we can help you reschedule your flight.”
