"If you want fraud on your credit card, this is the company who'll do it for you. I ordered a large amount of cheap products and was initially happy with the speed of delivery and price. A week later I have 2 cricket phone charges from California that cost almost $350. My credit card called me to ask about the charges because they flagged them. Trying to get them removed and the headache of a missed payment going through was not worth the savings on the supplements. I know it was this company because it was the only charge on my credit card.

Also, my cousin who recommended the site was defrauded back in November. He put two and two together and figured it was this company. A few of his charges were missed so he ended up paying for them after the 60 day window.

Here's the best part. So he does an order recently, but calls by phone. Gives his credit card, and keeps an eye on his statement. He sees charges for $1 showing up and getting removed for some world of warcraft junk. Finally a $19.95 charge stays on. Again, the only company he used the card for after being issued a brand new card from last time.

I've contacted the company asking the security of their website and was told it was 100%. I asked about internal employee theft, but my concerns fell upon deaf ears. The person answering the emails might have been the thief in the first place. I hope they get what they deserve. Buyer beware. "

I have been ordering and purchasing from their stores for years, DO NOT pay attention to the reviews trying to slam the best in the industry, jealousy is envy. "Dear Readers, PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING!!! Approx 1 month ago we placed our first order with SW.com and within 3 weeks my wife's card was hit with approx $700 of fraud charges to i-tunes,Hot Topics, living lean, and 2 purchases to U.K. Thank God our credit union fraud alert stopped the transactions. We didn't know who perpetrated this act since she uses that card frequently. We placed this recent order on 4/4/10 and this time we used one of my cards that has not been used online in over a year. Today my cards fraud alert team stopped fraudulent purchases for i-tunes and online purchases of video games. I run top of the line security software on my machine and have NEVER had any type of problem with online purchasing prior to this. If any of these merchants or similar purchases wind up on your cards DO NOT BE SURPRISED! I am not going to waste my breath onreporting to them as I see it has been done repeatedly and have viewed their pathetic, or should I say appethetic, reply. For goodness sakes people, pay a couple dollars more somewhere else and kick these losers to the curb! Is anyone reading this still naive enough to believe that somehow this is not factually occurring? If so, please go to your nearest mental health clinic for an assessment as you are most certainly delusional! I waive my usual fee for the mental health eval!"

"A week after I ordered I notice a fraudulent charge on my credit card. I am absolutely positive they are at fault because it was a new card and the only other place I used it was the self checkout at a grocery store. I emailed them and they sent me the same song and dance that other people have posted. I would have et it go, but the claims they make in their email can't be substantiated.

How do we know any of this is true? What is the number of acceptable credit card numbers that get stolen on a regular basis that is acceptable? My favorite part is that they say that someone else would step in. As if.

"I made several purchases from supplement warehouse, but then started getting fraudulent charges on my cards from cartrader.com and from a game web site. This was on 2 of my cards, 1 of which I had never used before except for at supplement warehouse. I also recently had friends that were purchasing products from supplement warehouse and they had fraudulent charges on their cards as well. I would hope to believe that the company itself is not doing this but either someone internally or their systems are being compromised. I guess I just need to purchase elsewhere even if I do have to pay more, at least I will not have to deal with fraud issues."
