"I went in to Supplement Warehouse just looking to pick up some protien. I normally shop the internet for all of my supplements. I decided to check out Supplement Warehouse because the location was close to my house. I really did not know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. Huge selection of products and a lot of great eals on clearance items. The internet is convenient, but I thought the great deals were a lot easier to find when you could walk through and see them right there in front of your eys. I walked out with 2 boxes of protien bars, 5lb of Whey Protien and some pre-workout creatine / arginine blend for just under $75. That is tough to beat no matter where you go. I will be back for sure."

"ANOTHER CASE OF CREDIT CARD FRAUD!!!!

Against my better judgment, I placed an order with Supplementwarehouse.com after reading all of the accounts of credit card fraud. My card was charged on the 24th for my order, and several fraudulent charges began to appear on the 26th. Thankfully, several of the fraudulent merchants (TEETHWHITNR, GAVALIA SHIPPING, etc) were on my CC company's watch list--they froze my account immediately and called me. I ensured that supplementwarehouse was added to my CC company's fraud watch list--hopefully this will save others the hassle that I have to go through now.

I have read the owner's response to these claims and while they tout the security of their website, it is obvious that card numbers are being leaked somewhere from within their system. Given the timeliness of the fraudulent charges in my case and the others I have read, I imagine that some malicious software/trojan has made its way into the order processing system or an individual within the organization is stealing CC numbers directly from the orders database.

Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this company again. Additionally, I will do my best to spread the word to others."

"I have always ordered from SupplementWarehouse in the past. However, recently I noticed an increase in complaints regarding fraudulent charges. I though - I've never had a problem, I'll still order. Then, four days after my order was placed I get over $200 in fraudulent charges on my account, requiring me to close the credit card. This was a brand new card and this leads me to believe that SupplementWarehouse needs to take action and do something about their security because someone is stealing credit card numbers from them. (It is definitely not a secure purchase site)"
