"BUYER BEWARE OF FRAUD WHEN USING THIS SITE!!!!

I have experienced fraudulent charges twice now within 4 months with two SEPERATE card numbers after placing orders with this site.
I received information for the Detective on my case that my credit card numbers were in fact compromised through my use of the www.supplementwarehouse.com website.

The owner of Supplement Warehouse also stated that he is aware of this issue
Additional attempts to discuss this matter with him have been unsuccessful.
I am very interested in how this situation came about in the first place.

"I've ordered once in the past (February 2010), and recently (March 2010). And like many of the other recent reviews I've seen on this site for this reseller, I got my order as promised.

However, my credit card fell victim to $3000+ in fraud within 5 days. Because of this I will never touch this reseller again or any other reseller affiliated with it.

It's quite unfortunate if there is a single employee at this reseller which is causing a huge loss of business for them due to the frequency of fraud that has popped up this month.

"So far all I have had is great satisfaction with SupplementWarehouse. Their products are great value for my money and the cheapest around that I can find. Online and instore it is easy to locate what I am looking for. The sales team are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on every product in their store. "BUYER BEWARE!! I used this site multiple times as it had great prices and you could even do better with the 5% off a competitor price. I placed 3 orders on 3/7/10 to enable me to get the best price including shipping. I used 3 different credit cards and EACH credit card is now having FRAUDUALANT CHARGES on them. They have all been cancelled now. Very disappointing. I should have heeded the warning of the other reviews. I now have added identity theft to make sure it does not go any further, but that costs $ monthly to keep that going. They also did not match the shipping price on one order, but they did refund the difference after I opened a ticket with them (slow response time to this request). The products themselves have been very good and arrive in good shape with a reasonable delivery time."

"I firmly believe that someone from SupplementWarehouse.com has has stolen my debit card info TWICE to make fraudulent purchases online. I made my first order with them in February, 2010 and had 3 fraudulent charges show up within a matter of days. After cancelling my card and receiving a new one in the mail, I made my second purchase from SupplementWarehouse.com, only to have a fraudulent charge of $200 from American Eagle show up the following week. "I have been doing business with Supplement Warehouse for years, I always find good prices. But more than just the cheap prices I have found that they have very good customer service. There have been times where orders came in that were only partial or there had been some sort of mix up, but I always received some sort of communication (email, phone call, or I spoke with someone in CS) and the problem was fixed. (Which is more than I can say about other companies and sellers as in ebay.) Overall I would give them a 5 star rating mainly because of the consistency of their low prices, ability to provide the service I am looking for, as well as the ability to reach and exceed my customer service expectations, which is why I will be a customer for life!"

"I have been shopping with SupplementWarehouse.com for years now and have never once had an issue. It is rare in this industry that you find a company that offers the customers such an insane deal. Where else can you match prices for all of your products with out going through a bunch of hoops to get the price adjusted. One time I ordered the wrong flavor No Xplode and with out hesitation the customer service rep I spoke with sent me a return label (at no extra cost to me) and shipped me out the rite one! I've tried a bunch of other sites just to compare and have had issues each time. Most of them you can't even get through to an actual human. SupplementWarehouse.com has my business as long as they keep the prices low and the shipping quick.

I have filed a police report and gathered information on the the transactions. I would suggest for others to do the same.


Edit: I was personally contacted by the owner of Supplement Warehouse. We had a lengthy discussion on the matter and shared our information. The hows and whys are many but the issue is aggressively being looked into and taken very seriously.
