"The absolute worst on-line supplement company ever. The only decent prices are the ones you try to price-match, nothing else is a bargain, except one item I found. I cancelled my order 7 days after placing it still wasnt shipped. And customer service...right. I would want to know why a customer was not satisfied, they didnt even care to ask. Email responses give links that say the issue is resolved, but when you go to check the order, no tracking number, just still processing. I dont yet know if my money will be refunded because when I asked for a cancellation number, they would not give me one. Save yourself the frustration; find a company that will actually ship your products. I use three others (cant mention here) that provide great service and quick. I placed an order for most of the same items never shipped by supplementwarehouse today from another company and already have a tracking number...thats good business."
"This is the first time trying Supplement Warehouse, and more then likely the last time. While they have prices lower then the place I had been buying products from, the shipping time is insane, and their customer service is just about non-existant. I'd rather pay a couple dollars more per item and get good service. I placed my order on May 13, 2008 and just today, May 16, 2008 I received a shipping confirmation, however the UPS website does not recognize the tracking number. So, while the email that they sent says the shipment has already gone out, that is highly doubtful since UPS's website doesn't recognize the tracking number. The website states, "Most order ship same or next day" don't believe it. The website also states that if something is on backorder you will be notified and the rest of the order that they have will ship, and the backordered portion will ship when they get it in. This is not as automatic as they state it. It took three days, three emails and a phone call to get them to admit that one of the products I had ordered was on backorder and that they would ship out the rest of my order that day. That was yesterday, and I just received the shipping notification today, for part of the order. The rest is backordered. I understand products being backordered but I expect a business to do what they say they are going to do and notify me of this and ship the rest of the order. Don't do business with this company unless you have plenty of time to wait, don't mind phone numbers that don't work, and slow responses to emails. They've offered me a 10% discount on my next order, but I seriously doubt I'll use that discount by buying anything else from them. "

I have placed several orders with this company and I don't think I will again. The are pretty high on shipping and if you pricematch, it will take a long time (over a week) for your order to ship. In fact, it seems to take longer every time. They claim only an additional 24-48 hours to verify the pricematches but I have found that is not the case.
I will say I have always received my items....eventually."
"This website is doing business as Natural High, 7110 W Greenfield Ave, West Allis, WI 53214. They also seem to refer to themselves as "easypricematch.com". I placed my order on the Dec 11th. I received e-mail confirmation of my order the following day. From their website they say: "Most orders ship out same or next day" and also, "Average orders will arrive in 3-8 calendar days". I'm in Detroit. Usually when you place an order online, you get a hyperlink in the confirmation e-mail to check your order status online or at least an add'l e-mail or two to let you know your order shipped along with providing a tracking #. Since this is the first time I ordered with this place, I was worried a day or two after when I received no confirmation e-mails so I called into their (414) long distance Customer Svc line. All you get is a recording saying they're experiencing high call volume and to go and submit an order inquiry online which I did on Dec 13th. It's now Dec 17th and no follow-up e-mails from my original order or my add'l inquiry. I have not received my order either. They did charge my credit card though, 2 days after placing the order. So I wait another day or two to see what happens.

"I've shopped with them numerous times due to the fact that they price match anyone and give 5% off each price matched item. I've had mixed experiences with them, as this is my 3rd order this year.
Use them if you don't need your supplements anytime soon. Otherwise, their selection is fine, but don't buy from them full price. You can easily find lower prices on anything they sell, so you can get each item price matched.
Be prepared for the order to take longer if you do price match them, as the verification process takes forever, as well, even though you provide them with a direct link to the lower price item.
I'm not happy with them, nor am I happy with their customer service, but the prices can't be beat, so it's a matter of accepting that to save a few bucks.
