"I have ordered and shopped at this store for almost a year now, and I have never had anything short of excellent service. The online store is quick with shipping and the price match thing they do is amazing. The store itself is huge and the sales associates make sure they find what you are looking for even if they have to order it for you. They still do the price matching in the store as well. I don't see how I will ever need to go to any other supplement store."

"FYI BEWARE
They do not price match from any supplement store from Amazon.com. Nor do they price match. I received their one email receipt before shipping totaling $59.59 ($12.00+ of which was shipping which it sounded like they look at and remove manually). My credit card was charged $62.17 which I found out when the product arrived. I saw the numerous warnings but was fooled by the glowing reviews some gave and the explanations this company gave. I was told by the on phone rep that I could get a full refund and a free return shipping label...that all my charges would be returned to my credit card. HOWEVER their policies on the website where you print the return label state you do not get the original shipping back. All and all, not a good transaction. Would not buy again."

"Supplement Warehouse is hands down the greatest place for one stop shopping. The selection is incredible and I find a new item I want to try every time I come back to order more. As of yet I've had nothing but great service and timing with my orders and that is so hard to find today. The customer service representatives are friendly and if I ever have an questions I appreciate the advise provided by the 'product knowledge' staff. I've dealt with the competition in the past and the prices and service can't be beat at Supplement Warehouse.

"TERRIBLE! AVOID unless you want to wait weeks for delivery. I ordered my shipment on 6/25/09. One of the products was discontinued - which was not told to me until I inquired about why my shipment had not been shipped yet (still not shipped and it is 5 days later!!!). Ironically, the discontinued product was the one which was alerted to be cheaper on another site. Then, I get a short response and no explanation as to why my shipment has not been delivered yet. The WORST! I do not care what explanation they will have that follows, it is a fabrication and they know it. They may claim they fill 98% of their orders in a timely fashion, but it is interesting how many people are in that unlucky 2%! And on top of that, no offer to refund or discount shipping....MISERABLE SERVICE!!"

"FAST SERVICE! I placed my order on a monday morning and had my supplements before the end of the week! I love the convenience of the pricematch feature! Ive never seen a company so willing to help save me money. I did have a question about price matching shipping and was easily connected with a representative who was more than polite and willing to help me. I will be a customer for years and years to come!"

"Since this is my first experience with them I would have to give them a 4 out of 5 here. Their prices are great, and I found the price match function very easy to use, although I used it only on the products and did not price match the shipping. Each one of my price matches was approved and with the guaranteed 5% discount as well!

All of my products were received in great condition and was exactly what I ordered, and a free shaker cup just for buying from them which was a nice touch.

I did receive the order within their 8 business day maximum, barely, but it took 4 whole business days for my order to leave their warehouse and this is why they got a 4 instead of a 5. Psychologically, bold red lettered "most orders ship same or next day" is deceiving because while most may, not all do leaving the customer wondering why their order was the one that wasn't shipped quickly. Kind of like a teacher telling the class, "most of you will get A's in this course" and if you did not get an A you are left wondering. I would suggest they remove this "guarantee" as it isn't much of a guarantee at all and for them to just stick with, "you will receive your order in at most 8 business days." They could then move this 24-48 hour claim to a FAQs page.

All in all, I will order from them again because of the prices and vast number of products they offer but will be very wary if the order takes as long to leave the warehouse again.

"AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The price matching NEVER works, don't bother. Always makes things look good in your cart but then they change the prices back to what they were and charge your card for the higher price.

Recently, I bought about $50-$100 worth of products from this vendor every month and last month my products took over 10 days to arrive. When I called to inquire, they said that they were "busy" recently. That is hardly the customer's fault. They should credit back the OUTRAGEOUS shipping charges they charge. It's always over $20 in shipping. AMY refused and seemed to be the only person responding to any complaints. I spent $135 and my stuff arrived so late and they could do nothing for me claiming they were busy... awful service. Very disappointed."

"Only took six days. No problems at all, however I did not try the shipping price match. The other price match worked great, it saved me $60 (about $50 after shipping). Definitely better than going to the mall and GNC or other sites. I will buy from them again."

"BEWARE! They will illegally over-charge your credit card without your approval! After being warned by negative reviews, I called and spoke with a very convincing "Amy" who told me REPEATEDLY that "[my] order will be submitted to the Price Match Team to review, the order will be held to verify, then IF verified, they will process order. If there is any discrepancy in matching the competitor's price, they will DEFINITELY contact you before charging your credit card.” This was a lie. I received an invoice stating that I would be charged $63.15 (matching my requested price) then they proceeded to charge my credit card the next day for $80.23 WITHOUT EVER NOTIFYING ME!!! I was taken advantage of and scammed. Fortunately, they apologized and, again very convincingly, told me that "this is not common business practice" and refunded me my money. DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THESE LIARS AND SCAMMERS."
