Also, when my package was lost/misdelivered they quickly traced the order and sent out a new order the same day. "I went to the West Allis location in Oak Creek, WI with a "save $10.00 off your next purchase", however, I was not able to use it until I filled out this survey.
In the meantime, I purchased over $150.00 worth of Hoodia "Froodia" bars which were on sale and featured at the front of the store as I walked in.
Taking advantage of the sale, I purchased over $150.00 worth.
After eating some, I became sick for a couple of days. I didn't think right away what it was that I had eaten. Acouple of days later, I ate a couple more bars. Again I got sick. I looked at the wrapper, and every one had an expiration date of 2006!!! the box the bars were in were stamped an expiration of February 2009. I will need to find out how to contact the company."

This just confirms my suspicion even more. Not only that, who wants to search all over the net for cheap prices so they can match by 5%? That's ridiculous! These people then sneak in tremendously high shipping costs to make up for any low price. And I also totally agree with fitnessfreak that I've seen their prices switch on me in the middle of the transaction. I would never recommend this site as there are so many other companies out there with everyday low prices and free shipping. I also noticed that everytime someone posts a negative review, there's like 2 perfect 5/5 reviews right after. For example, look at fitnessfreak on July 21st, and then what a coincidence 2 days later comes 2 perfect reviews one after another! The same trend is seen through out all their reviews and it looks like all their positive reviews comes from the company themselves.

"I have been a customer of Supplement Warehouse since they had the store in West Allis and it was called Natural High. The prices are very good and there is a large variety of product. I was very happy that they opened the store in Franklin because it is closer to home. The best part of the store is the employees who are real people that have tried most of the product and can give you honest reviews. Don't waste your money and time at chain stores like GNC."
"I have been a customer of Supplement Warehouse for over a year at this point and have placed probably 10-12 orders. I have always been more than satisfied with the products and prices. However it is their customer service that continues to impress me – in particular a terrific lady named Kelly. The level of customer service I receive from her, and by extension, Supplement Warehouse has been second to none. Sure, there have been minor issues with orders, such as products that the manufacturer has discontinued, or back orders etc, but Kelly has always been very helpful and made me happy to remain a customer with her excellent customer care.
Originally (a year ago) the turnaround time on an order was a bit slower than some of their competitors but they have shown marked improvement. The turnaround time on orders has improved to the point that I was wowed by how fast my last order arrived - but again, more important has been Kelly’s willingness to listen to what the average customer was saying, and use that information to help continually improve their service. Which she has done, by having a hand in improving the turnaround time of an order.
I’ve read some of the comments made by others here, and can’t help but wonder if most of these people weren’t perhaps just having a bad day and are venting, since our experiences with Supplement Warehouse seem so vastly different.
I can only speak for myself, but I have been very pleased in all of my dealings with this company, and in particular, with Kelly (whoever she may be - I’m certainly a Kelly fan ;o) This lady is one of the main reasons I think so highly of the company. I hope her employer knows what a great employee they have. Her personal touch service has been beyond anything I could normally expect.
If you are in the market for supplements, I would definitely feel comfortable recommending Supplement Warehouse. GREAT service, Good prices, huge selection, always willing to listen and striving to improve on everything they do – I couldn’t be any more satisfied in my dealings with them. And of course – a very big thank you to Kelly, she’s terrific! I look forward to many future transactions with Supplement Warehouse and to the wonderful assistance I get from Kelly and the customer service team :)

"First off, supplement warehouse is guaranteed to be the cheapest price for your supplements as long as you legitimately price match your order. Second, most of their orders do ship with in 24 - 48 business hours; which is another great plus.
But I guess I have bad luck ordering off supplement warehouse. I have ordered 3 times off them, once in march, once in july, and once in august all of this year. The March and August order were both hefty orders (March being $500+, and August being $300+). These orders both have taken a little more than 2 weeks from ordering them online to receiving them. Well, the March order took two weeks. The August order still has not been ship, and it is approaching one week since I have ordered it.
Now the July order, falling into the category of "most orders" shipped that very day and I had it the next day!! I was extremely satisfied when the system worked as intended, and I applauded how great Supplement warehouse was for that order.
But the other two orders are frustrating on the customers behalf. You see, if I ordered off the usual bodybuilding.com website, if a product is not stock or any other complications would occur they would notify you that very day! Supplement Warehouse needs to fix this problem and tell their customers if an order will take longer than usual as soon as they know, this is how they will build their customer service.
Also, when I called Supplement Warehouse regarding this order they told me that would get back to me that day. And that never happened. Now I had to do something completely unprofessional on my behalf, and I apologize to Supplement Warehouse for the agony of having their email spammed but I just submitted 40, yes FORTY tickets all regarding this order. They didn't reply to the first 2, so hopefully the 38 which I just sent will trigger a response.
The take home message of this is that:
A) They have the cheapest prices hands down
B) Order in advance, I would say be safe and give yourself two weeks from the day which you would like to begin your supplements.
C) They need to work on their Customer Service relations. If they know your order won't ship within the first 48 business hours, then it would be solid gold if they would email you telling you why. That simple step would of avoided this whole frustration which I am dealing with right now!

"The free 25 oz shaker with order advertised all over the web site, according to their support dept., is only upon availability, which is not stated anywhere on their web site. My order came to just about $70. I notified them of the missing shaker the same day my order came and was told, "Because it is a free item we are not able to reship the cup." Then when I complained further I was told, "The shaker is a free item based on availability. There may have been a shortage at the time your order was packed." It sounds to me like nothing but excuses. I know it's only a shaker cup, but this is about principle and misleading people.
UPDATE:
After posting my review, I received an email from the owner of Supplement Warehouse, Bob Lauby. He wanted me to know my shaker was on its way and that my situation was mishandled and they would be addressing it. He was very apologetic for how I was treated and appreciated my writing the review. After our communications I told Bob I appreciated his contacting me and said I would in fact make another purchase with the company to see how that transaction goes. At this point I am satisfied with how things were handled once it finally got escalated to management. I was even called at home by another manager looking to speak with me. We'll see how the next purchase goes. I will update again when that happens. "

"I'm very happy with my order. Read the comments below if you're trying to do a pricematch, because I screwed it up the first time. It was easier for me to CALL IN to place my order. I ordered on 6/23, they shipped on 6/25. They had pretty decent base pricing, but with the pricematch I was able to put together a great deal on some casein, whey and no-xplode.

"Do not order from this company!!! They are scam artists! They claim that beat any price by 5% but I have had the price of my products change once they get into the shopping cart. I have gone back into their site other times and the prices are 30% higher than they were advertised before. Not only that it takes them forever to get back to you to verify the price you are having them match. Who wants to wait 2-3 days to see if they' ll allow you to have that lower price and then another 2-3 days for them to ship it out. I'd rather just order from a site where all the prices I know are all very low and you don't have to spend time with all this price-matching nonsense. And on top of all that their shipping costs are outrageous! The site I usually order from has Free Shipping I think over $100 or $200. I've also just read other reviews down below where customer's credit cards have been fraudulently used.
