"Be very careful when trying to price match shipping from this company. The price match shipping policy advertised is very misleading. I followed the companies instructions which were, "When you submit your order, type "pricematch shipping" into the same field as the competitor's URL to be matched. After your order is submitted, we will review your order and remove the shipping charge BEFORE your order is charged to your credit card." However, they do not state that you must submit the PRICE of the product even though you are not having it price matched. Apparently the url information that is input will not be received with the order if the price match button is not selected. And Supplement Warehouse will NOT review your order as stated before they ship it. I left instructions not to charge me for the order before the free shipping charges could be verified and my message was ignored. I called the company to question my order and was put on hold while they checked a competitor's website, and the best answer they could give me was that including the shipping charges, I still got the product cheaper than I would have elsewhere. Great customer service still means a lot when I am shopping and I will not be purchasing anything from this company again.

"Im pretty frustrated with supplementwarehouse.com I had heard good things about them and they definitely have some of the cheapest prices, but their customer service sucks. I've read at least 3 different reviews saying that "Ashley" screwed something up. I had the same experience. She has given me lip service 3-4 times. "you'll be recieving an email shortly" she said on several occasions, and I never got an email. Most customer service reps say things like "Can I help you with anything else" but she just said "thanks for calling" and tried to hang up. I had to stop her before she hung up to ask "are you sure you have my email right" Its clear that she just wanted to tell me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. I finally spoke with a different representative today, who told me it was 1 product that is back ordered which is holding up my order. She said that they would ship the rest of my order today and the backordered product sometime next week. Had anyone told me this to start with, I wouldn't have such a bad taste in my mouth with SW.com right now. I don't really care as much about the long turn-around with shipping, but when you take $130 out of my bank account, I expect to know what exactly is going on with my order. I think if supplementwarehouse gets their customer service dept together, I would consider ordering from them again. otherwise, no way!"

I read tons of reviews of people that had bad experiences but no company is perfect and I told myself for these prices I will give them a shot as long as they are legit. I checked the website out and it good so I gave it a shot. I received my order on time and what I ordered is what I got, so I am very happy. I will recommend and shop again!"

"Do not order from Supplement Warehouse if you need your items quickly. I placed my order on Wed. pm last week as I was supposed to be part of a weight loss program beginning this week. Supplement Warehouse states in red letters that they ship most orders the same or next day. When I called to inquire 4 business days later, I was told they had held the order to confirm the price challenges and it was scheduled to leave the warehouse in the next couple of days. That would mean 5-6 business days after I placed my order.
After seeing the first version of this review, Stephanie from Supplement Warehouse called to tell me that actually one of their venders had held up my order. Why did I get the original story? According to Stephanie the operator I spoke with was new.
Regardless, the package went out on Tuesday (the day I called to inquire) and I am scheduled to have it by Friday, a week and two days after I placed my order.
For me, had I know this I would have paid the extra $15 to purchase elsewhere so I had it quicker. Sometimes timing is worth more then money. However, if you are able to plan ahead and it is no problem to receive your order a week+ after your order, then Supplement Warehouse is a fine vendor."
"One thing i hate about these rating sites, is that GENERALLY the only people that post reviews are people who had a bad experience..for whatever reason.
I was dissapointed to read the reviews for supp warehouse and see their rating. I have ordered from them probably around 10-15 times, and never had a negative experience. Sure there have been a couple instances where pricematches took a little longer than expected...but that was generally because i was having them match some random small resale site of the net. I have always recieved my packages within a week or so at LATEST.
I most recently ordered a couple items on 3-18-09. They showed up on my doorstep today 3-20-09..two days after i ordered! Both items were about 5-10$ cheaper than any other site, even WITHOUT the price match. If you are worried about having your Credit Card info comprimised, do what i do, call them and order over the phone. Everytime i have called (during their biz hours) they have answered my call quickly and answered any questions i had. In fact, when i called a couple days ago i had seen the price of what i wanted was 42$..the lady corrected me and said that in fact it was 35$. I would have not noticed but she went out of her way to save me money. Not saying that should be an exception from any legit biz..but deff not a sign of a "sheisty fraudulant business". And in terms of the complaint that the bill shows up as a "Natural High supps"..if you have any business experience you should know that many business's have a Legal business name, and a different name which the "do business as". Not uncommon at all. Supplement warehouse has always been good to me and i will continue ordering from..best price..fast service. I just hate to see a bunch of neg comments. Keep in mind while this company has 10 negative comments on here..they do HUNDREDS of orders/day without any issue. Thanks Supp Warehouse. "

"This is my 2nd order with this company and i couldn't have been happier with the first order and couldn't be more unhappy with the second. First order was prompt and everything was in it just like i had asked for. The second order still has not shipped after almost 2 weeks! I've called twice to check on the status of the order now. The first time i called was about 5 days after i originally placed the order and i was told by Ashley that i would be out the next day.... fast forward to today and she tells me that she has no idea where the order is and that she would have to check with the shipping department to see what the status was. I was promised an email to let me know what was going on with the order. Never got the email and by the time i could check back with them they were closed. Very dissatisfied with their customer service and business ethics. Also they charged me $32 for shipping when another company will ship the EXACT SAME order for $6. They are obviously padding the shipping charges to compensate for the low advertised prices on products. The other company by the way, my order ended up being $10 less even though some of the products were a couple of dollars more. What a joke!!"
"i ordered from this site just before reading the unsatisfactory reviews....it became a little disappointing but then , i thought "i have to wait and see"...
frankly, i was very relieved when i saw the status of my shipment being updated regularly. I got a tracking number within 2days and got my order in 8days.
So, now I will shop with supplementwarehouse regularly untill/if they screw up my order for at least 2 consecutive times.
I am sure no body can beat their prices

"AVOID this company! I placed an order for 6 boxes of protein bars from SupplementWarehouse. I used their "pricematch" feature and entered the cheaper price of a competitor. SupplementWarehouse verified the cheaper price and matched the price including a 5% discount. Upon receipt of my order, I discovered SupplementWarehouse had overcharged my credit card by $21 dollars. I contacted customer service and spoke with "Ashley" who advised me that a "manager" had double checked the pricematch and overturned it because the competitor did not have the same flavor I ordered, so I was charged the full price. I asked Ashley, why I was not contacted for permission to charge the extra amount. Ashley stated they do not have time to contact all their customers who have discrepency's with their order totals. Ashley refused to issue a refund for the overcharge to my credit card and instead offered to email me a shipping label to return the product which, I intend to do.
Had I not bothered to check my shipping invoice, I would never have known that this company overcharged my credit card. No company has the right to quote a price and accept payment and then go and place additional charges on a credit card without the permission of the cardholder.
I will never do business with this company in the future. If a "manager" has time to go to a website and verify the price of a competitors product, they should have time to call the customer and request permission to charge additional funds on the persons credit card!!!"
"Have shopped with Supplement Warehouse a few times and never really had a problem with products shipping (although charges are high for that, but, it is a heavy package) nor for the total price (add shipping and its still a bit cheaper than purchasing locally). But, after my 3rd time ordering from them I noticed that I had 3 international charges for tech support and even one from a adult website located in Cyprus. It is technically "possible" that this credit info was used from another location, but, I am 85% sure that it was obtained from Supplement Warehouse and then used fraudulantly. Any website that does this and creates even a minimal suspicion of giving out credit/account information is a no-brainer to never use again. Will not shop from them again.
I have also noticed that some of the low price items I purchased from them arrived with the sealed lid suspiciously not glued down completely and what appeared to be a container that looked only about 1/2 full. I did not weigh them (as most products are sold by weight not volume) but, it seemed unsettling that a product would use such a large container for so little product. The fact that the container wasn't sealed brought issues to that as well. My suggestion, shop somewhere else before you get a spoiled, tainted, or emptied product and a charge to adult websites."

A month after my purchase from this store, my information was stolen/given away and used to make purchased on the Internet. It was easy to track it back to Supplementwarehouse.com because it was the only place I used the card. "This is my first and last time ordering from supplementwarehouse.com. I have been completely disgusted by their services. All over their website they claim "most orders ship same or next day," but don't believe that. I placed an order 8/17/2008, it was a Sunday, so I realize they were closed that day, but I was expecting it to ship Monday or Tuesday since they would already have the order waiting on Monday morning. After a few days, my order still had not even been processed - the status simply said "approved." I sent a help ticket to their online customer service. They were not apologetic in any way, there was just a list of excuses as to why my order had not been shipped yet. I told them I needed the order by the end of the week - which should have been more than enough time for it to be shipped to me - but there was nothing in the help ticket response except for excuses. A good company will take care of your order immediately after they realize there is a problem, and free priority shipping can usually be expected in these sorts of situations - this is not the case with supplementwarehouse.com. Today is 8/27/2008, and my order status was still "in process" meaning they have not even packaged it for UPS to pick it up yet, although my credit card was charged a whole week ago. I called to cancel my order and was told my credit card will be refunded in 3-5 days - although I believe that should be done right away. Also, on their website, they have a good number of MRI's NO2 Platinum that they are selling for a discount because they are out of date. This is extremely unethical, though an AKG formula may not go bad, I have still never heard of any reputable supplement company selling old products - and it makes me wonder why they have so many expired products that they are clearly desperate to get rid of. I will never use this website again, I have used a different one consistently in the past and always gotten my orders within 2-3 days, and I am really wondering why I ever strayed away from that site."
"I will never order from this company. I placed an order and was happy with the price, but felt the shipping cost was exorbitant. The site said they ship orders the same or next day, however by the 3rd business day my order still showed "In Process" so I opened a ticket to find out what was happening. I got a response that said the shipping warehouse was being moved and that they hoped the warehouse would be operational that day and they hoped to ship my order in 24-48 hours.
I replied that I didn't think that was acceptable and that in such a situation I would expect to be notified either at time of order, or in the order confirmation email, or with a phone call. None of those were the case though and I didn't find out until I followed up on my order and because of this I felt the company should give me a discount, or at the minimum upgrade my shipping method as a courtesy. In stead the reply I received was essentially identical to their first reply...it seemed as though the customer service rep didn't read or care about my response.
The next day I found an alternate local supplier and so called and emailed supplementwarehouse that I wished to cancel my order. I received an email saying my order was canceled and inquiring why I canceled and if there was anything they could do to win the order back. About an hour after that I received another email with a shipping tracking number. I called again and the rep said she'd check into it. I got an email later saying that the order had been shipped the previous day and there was nothing she could do, but that I can print myself a return label and ship the order back for a refund....of course less the shipping charges.
This final bit is a complete sham. I called and cancelled my order at 2:53PM, the shipping website says billing info was received at 4:20PM of the same day and that the origin scan was at 5:46 PM. This is most certainly AFTER I canceled my order.
Given this I have filed an official dispute with my credit card company. So my recommendation based on the seeming 'ethics' of this company is to stay well away. If they aren't unethical they are inept, you can take your pick and draw your own conclusion."
