Not very good communication and no sense of urgency to help their customer. I may update to more stars if I ever receive the item. "

"I purchased a small rubber gasket for a Toto toilet - approximately the size of a quarter. Customer Service was very helpful in finding the correct item. However, the tiny, unbreakable item was shipped in an 8" square box with multiple layers of protective paper inside. This is crazy - you need to ship things with more sustainable packaging. This little item could have fit inside a #10 envelope (with room to spare). It did not need a box and sheets of paper inside. Please think of this when shipping out small, unbreakable items. "
