"I ordered a laundry washer pan on Thursday with a delivery date of Monday (installation was supposed to be on Tuesday). By the end of the day on Monday my order still shows that it hasn’t even shipped. I called customer service and he was actually great (That’s why it is a 2 star rating). He says that he put the order in again and it should arrive Wednesday. Whatever, it didn’t matter because the installers didn’t even show up on Tuesday (they are a different rant altogether). Out of nowhere the first one arrives late Tuesday night, but it is broken. It’s made of a cheap, thin, brittle plastic and it looks like someone stepped on the corner of the box and cracked it. I didn’t care to return it because the second one arrived Wednesday night. Now my order status went from not shipped on either of these straight to delivered. Final complaint is that there are no instructions. There is not predrilled hole. The installers said they won’t drill a hole. Now it is sitting under my washer like a bowl, ready to overflow if it does leak unnoticed. I am not sure how to drill the hole and I am afraid that the plastic will crack if I do try and drill it. End story: shipping was unpredictable, customer service was good, and product is trash. 2/5 "
