"Ordered Blanco Sink. Arrived in flimsy cardboard container without any corner supports, styrofoam, or other packaging to keep the actual sink from bearing the weight of the box. It was cracked all the way down the middle. Refused delivery & item was taken back that same day by trucking company. Immediately contacted Supply.com. They issued a re-order for same item. After 2 days, I had not received shipping information. Supply.com said that sink on backorder with Blanco but no idea when it would be available. I sent daily emails requesting information & always got "we don't know yet".
10 days after reporting damaged sink, still no word of when it would be available. Order was cancelled and I went to another on-line vendor with 2 day free delivery"
