*Shipment arrived FAST. Like, surprisingly fast.
*Second customer service rep I worked with was amazing: knowledgeable, quick, and very helpful.

Cons:
*The web site crashed on me during my first attempt to order, so I wasn't able to tell whether the order went through. I tried again later that evening and the web site confirmed that order was successful; however, I ended up with a duplicate order to my dismay...
*It took two attempts to get the order returned. (The first customer service rep I worked with was not very friendly and not very helpful: I only ended up with a Return authorization form but not shipping forms.)

Overall:
*Positive experience. Hopefully the web issues can be resolved. "
