"On Sunday, Oct. 20, I ordered two toilets on-line from two different companies. Supply was one of them. The toilet was delivered, but unfortunately was broken in transit. Supply.com got a replacement sent out immediately. It has already arrive.

The OTHER company still hasn't delivered my toilet -- although they had me stay home for the delivery all day last Thursday, even assuring me (when I called to see why it hadn't arrived) that it was "on the truck, just be patient." It turned out, I discovered after a 30 minute customer service nightmare, that they didn't even have the fright company didn't have the toilet.
