"My water heater controller failed, of course on a Friday afternoon. My heater was still under warranty but waiting 2 weeks or more for parts was out of the question. I chose Supply House because the delivery date for parts is listed right there on the Supply House website. Note I did not say ship date or warehouse pick date but date promised to be delivered to my address. Sure enough they were, promises made, promises kept. I'm back in hot water once again and still waiting for my email invoice from the water heater maker folks for the now spare warranty parts; not even a delivery date yet."

"I was looking for a FV Sensor for my A.O.Smith water heater. The model was old (at least 10 years) so there is no direct information about the heater's model and the sensor SKU. I finally called A. O. Smith technical support to get right SKU, search & booked my order at SupplyHouse, in about 2-3 days got the part.
The part was replaced at least twice, lost the tracking of the original to the current. If this site can provide more details on that kind of tracking it would be perfect. I was lucky that I got a live person from A. O Smith to get the right part number so that I can order here. Otherwise most likely I could order a wrong part."

"Product arrived a day sooner than originally stated. It was very timely. However, I order two items one of which was a 5" cardboard air filter and it was wedged in the box so tight that it ended up pushed in oin the sides and out of shape. THe outside box was not damaged so I am assuming that it was pushed on during packaging. I attempted to reshape the best I could which made it usable, but unhappy with the condition. I ordered from Supply House several times and usually receive great quality products in great condition; not so much this time."
