"I was really surprised that I placed the order for hot water heat register covers on a Saturday afternoon, and the parts were here on Tuesday evening. I took them to the place of business I was replacing these at on Wednesday, only to find out that one of the items was marked with the identifying stickers incorrectly. It was 6:30 PM my time when I called and talked to a real person at SupplyHouse, and he told me to repackage the parts in the original boxes and set them by my door with a note on them, "to be returned" and UPS would take care of the pickup, no one had to be at the pickup site for the driver to complete the paperwork. By Friday afternoon I had all the correct parts and completed the job before the end of the day on Friday. Excellent response time!! "

"I put everything in my cart credit card was stored per a previous order. Pressed the order button and it sad something went wrong and to fill out the missing info. There was no missing info when I told it to order. I called CS and they said the problem was the charge card denied the charge. It would be nice if the website told me this. I was able to place my order over the phone and received the order on time for my project install. I will be ordering more in the future. As for the CC stored on their system, for some reason the CC company thought it was a fraudulent charge and blocked the transaction. "
