"I was really surprised that I placed the order for hot water heat register covers on a Saturday afternoon, and the parts were here on Tuesday evening. I took them to the place of business I was replacing these at on Wednesday, only to find out that one of the items was marked with the identifying stickers incorrectly. It was 6:30 PM my time when I called and talked to a real person at SupplyHouse, and he told me to repackage the parts in the original boxes and set them by my door with a note on them, "to be returned" and UPS would take care of the pickup, no one had to be at the pickup site for the driver to complete the paperwork. By Friday afternoon I had all the correct parts and completed the job before the end of the day on Friday. Excellent response time!! "
