I chose Supply House because the delivery date for parts is listed right there on the Supply House website. Note I did not say ship date or warehouse pick date but date promised to be delivered to my address. Sure enough they were, promises made, promises kept. I'm back in hot water once again and still waiting for my email invoice from the water heater maker folks for the now spare warranty parts; not even a delivery date yet."
