"Failed to reply to any of my presales emails. Unavailable by phone. The item I purchased was not what was advertised on their Web site. An RMA requires filling out a very length Microsoft Word document and faxing it in. It's been two months and I still do not have my money back. They won't return calls to my credit card company. Never again will I purchase anything from this vendor."
"These people are FRAUDS and Crooks. I ordered two Atlas 15K Ultra 320 72GB hard drives. I got two old mismatched 10k hard drives with FALSE labeling. After 20 emails and about a dozen lies I got one hard drive that was real but died soon after, and the another that was COUNTERFEIT. It wasn't even the same size as it should be and Maxtor's utility showed it had tampered firmware. I sent picture and scans of everything to MAXTOR and they said they will investigate.
They still owe me a $399 deposit that they have not refunded despite multiple emails they sent saying they would refund. Bottom line after giving them a total of $841 I have receive a $199 credit they still owe me $399 on a deposit they took of mine for goods in transit that where returned and even have been confirmed as returned and eligible for refund. They did not refund $24 for shipping and matching adapter. Plus the only real drive died soon afterward and I have just given up on fighting them. I have disputed this with my credit card company and they are investigating.
Everyone in the company is a lier and they just try to get you past the time you can dispute the claim so they get away with their crime. I have over 60 emails and one voice mail proving they LIE, LIE, LIE. I am not sure how their ratings got back up to 8. They got busted for falsifying their ratings and where down to 3 last month.
PS. Mike MAK your are a lier. I have proof my return was recieved. I even have the confirmation email still on the Yahoo server. My credit card company can verify. I wonder if all these IP address for all these postive feedback are coming from California. Hmmm. "
"I have delt with SP Computers on several occasions, and always gotten excellent service. On my last order a keyboard i ordered was not shipped by accident. All it took was 1 30 sec phone call to their support number, and it was ont the way. There was no hassel or problems, like I said I have ordered from them in the past, and will order again from them very soon."

"This is a great store - the first place I check for surplus computer parts, systems, and software. They also carry a selection of power and hand tools at unbeatable prices (of which I have purchased quite a few over the last 2 years), plus a selection of odds and ends and novelties ranging from musical instruments to electric flyswatters (I've bought four so far - they do really work, just don't smash them into brick walls!),to auto lockout kits and steering wheel locks. I've bought my last 2 CD burners from them - prices can't be beat on the 52X Lite-On, as well as two DVD Rom drives. I always tell my friends to check this place out if they're in the market for computer stuff or tools. I should also mention that their periodic parking lot sales must be experienced to be believed - piles on piles on piles of gear! Food,too!
One last thing - somehow they always manage to ship my order to me in about half the time they say it will take - if they say a week it gets to me in 3 or 4 days, max!"
