I have a home machine built using those nice, noisy, large Seagate 47GB full height drives. I actually enjoy pausing from my day to look through the latest specials you provide with the e-mails from ****@****. I was raised on S-100 bus 8080 based kits (Bill Gates was the guy at Altair's MITS who would help you with CP/M problems) and enjoy getting tearing down my computer every 6 months or so but am too cheap to pay for bleeding edge hardware. I have been pleased with the service from surplus computers and even though some of the Seagate drives seem to have failed (I purchased 8 ... I'm still OK for a while), I feel that you have struck a good balance between the low price that my market profile finds appealing and good service ... meaning an easy to navigate and visually appealing web site. Although I live in Nashville TN, my boss is in Santa Clara and I encouraged him to visit your annual parking lot sale to see if he could get a computer for his daughter. The process of getting orders out the door could be faster ... but logististics is not drives me to select surplus computers. Price, a good web experience, and a reasonable selection of products with new products coming in regularly (so that I keep returning to the site to see what's new) are what I find most important. Keep up the good work. I'll be hunting for more SCSI drives as soon as I burn through these and a laptop for my son in the near future."

On this Invoice I ordered a Refurbished Planar 12.1" TFT LCD Monitor, the item was nor a refurbished one, but one with many hours of use and very dirty, there was dust all over the monitor and base. The shipping charges are fair but not cheap. They could offer free shipping coupons to their frequent shoppers."
