"I have ordered 3 Piece Electric Tool Kit(Drill, Saw, Sander) from the seller. I received not correct kit (Drill, Saw, Grinder) instead. Additionally the grinder was broken. I have sent e-mail to company and received the answer that they are going to send me the correct item and give me UPS return tag to send back not correct one.
I didn't receive anything after that, in spite of my numerous e-mails to customer service. All of them were unanswered at all.
I'll never purchase anything from this seller again."

"I'm a computer tech for the Monterey Unified School District. Last year we went in house, building & servicing our own computers to try and cut cost's in this ever battaling school budget. Mike Mak, (owner) of surplus computers,
was more than helpful in understanding what the school district wanted to do. Cut all unnesasary cost's to bring as many unit's as possible to a broke school district. All he had to do is revert back to his own slogan. "On the trailing edge of technology". this made total sense to me, afterall, that's what most all product is once it hit the shelves, right!
Overall we built 115 P4 units piece by piece.
In all we brought back maybe 3% of his product which included jetway m.b.,maxtor h.d.,sony cdrw's,supertalent cases,micron memory........
Mike and his staff were always very nice and returned everything with no hassles, with a recipt. It was the first time dealing with them, it won't be the last.GOOD WORK SURPLUS COMPUTERS.

"I simply can't express my frustration in words. I'm a very reasonable person, who was scammed to the point that for the first time in my life I wanted to hire a lawyer to fight for the injustice I experienced. I was shipped a monitor at the cost of $40 on my UPS account so I wouldn't pay there marked up S/H. So I get it and it's a refurb that is all different colors. So I send it back and get another one. Same thing, so I try to send it back and they claim they are out of stock so I will have to pay more for another one similar. Well online it said they were in stock. Hmmm, then I buy a degausing coil which doesn't fix it. They demand that I pay for the shipping when we agreed (Nancy Haas and I) that I wouldn't have to before I placed my order. I canceled payment on my credit card but they still beat me because they told discover I was trying to scam them into keeping it. (I just didn't want to pay for a box and packing materials and the shipping if I wouldn't be re-embursed)
Just don't order refurb monitors or anything heavy.. they will use it to screw you. Good prices though.... often on garbage"
