"I tried to purchase an MSI MS-6946 Modem that was advertised for 3.99 delivered and when I went to there site they added 6.02 for freight. I called them several times and they finally called back and after another phone call they said it wasn't their mistake and that if I wanted the modem I would have to pay the freight. "

Sound card arrived today after I did get a shipping alert a couple days earlier, right after I originally wrote this.
The card is what I ordered and works well w/o problems. I have mixed feelings about Surpluscomputers...no response to my email, but I got what I ordered. If I order from them again, it will be small orders.

Dissatisfied!
I ordered a refurbed soundblaster live card on this date, received an order confirmation, but never heard from them again. I emailed 10 days later and asked when it might be shipping, included order number and everything, but got no email response from them.
Maybe they ran out of cards but they didn't contact me to tell me that and didn't respond to my email.
I will not order from them again."
