"The last order I placed was missing one item. I sent an email to Surpluscomputer.com making them aware of the missing item. With in a couple of days I ewcieved an email saying the the missing item would be sent as soon as possible. Five days later I recieved the missing item. I was very pleased with their responce and with no hassel.

"I am disappointed that I did not get my free Corel Word Perfect with my order. The process for getting the free software with the order was confusing and as a result I did not receive it. I E-mailed you about the lapse but heard nothing from anyone to try to resolve my concerns. As a result, I will not be ordering anything more from Surplus Computers til the problem is resolved.

"I ordered from Surpluscomputers several times this year. Shipping was reasonable (often was free) and surprisingly prompt. Never ordered any expensive stuff though. Everything I ordered was priced very well - could not resist buying. One time received number of items in the package that was less than what was advertised and one time one of the items was broken which was definitely manufacturer's fault. In both cases, issues were resolved on the base of just singe e-mail to shipping department - promptly received everything I asked for. Therefore I cannot complain. Definitely will buy again"

I ordered March 03/05 and had it delivered April 12/05 with 20% of the items I ordered missing. This is unacceptable under any circumstances.
