I ordered 3 items all with free shipping. It was shipped promptly.

2 of the 3 items did not work however (the third was a CD which I haven't opened yet but I would think would work). One of the items though it was sold as new, was obviously used. The paint was worn, there was evidence that it used to have a leaking battery installed (white corrosion all over the inside). The driver CD was fingerprinted and dirty.

These guys could NOT have been clueless to this!
