Their products, as befits their name, varies widely. The only negative I have is that the shipping charges on cheap things tend to mount up quickly, and I have not made orders for that reason. "

"It seems like anytime I place an order with this company, it takes a couple of weeks to receive it. I live approximately 30 miles from their location, so it's not like it being shipped from the east coast. Telephone calls are not returned. Email responses seem to be unimportant.
Their prices are very good for the items I have purchased.
There are other companies that sell the same products as Surplus Computers, also at good prices. I chose Surplus because of their location thinking my order would arrive a a couple of days. Anyway if I were to grade Surplus Computers, I would give them a "B" for prices and an "F" for customer service. However, I will give them another chance and purchase from them one more time.
