Recommendations:
The old website had cheaper shipping and hadling for my last order (invoice 266161).

Please show shipping and handeling for each item in my basket.

Please continue to allow weblinks to product pages of interest. IE: the Haupauuge video capture card, which gave links to how to make your PC into a PVR (tivo). The new website doesn't as many useful links as the old website did. For example the CueCat Barcode scanner only has one useful link on the new website, and on the old website there are three useful links to how to use your CueCat barcode scanner.

"Being on a low fixed income I can only afford surplus or heavily discounted items. I have bought 2 computers and many other items from Surplus Computers since 2003. My last purchase was a TIVO for $30 with $30 shipping. I hated the large shipping price but the TIVO was well worth the $60.

I am very pleased with Surplus Computers but have one complaint. I purchased a IBM desktop in September 2008. It was advertised as having a CD burner. When it arrived it had a CD player. When I tried to contact them there was no phone number only an email address. After a week of sending daily emails to that address I never received a response. The next email I put "Please respond or mastercard charge will be disputed" in the subject and got an immediate response. They said send it back but I had already installed it and didn't want to pay the large shipping cost. I asked them to make a deal. I would buy a $26 DVD burner if they would ship it for free. They agreed and I am very satisfied. They need a customer service phone number. I have not checked to see if they have one now but if they don't they should."
