"I purchased a Mitsubishi Diamond Plus 200 22" Flat Monitor for $199.99. I understand that the equipment is not brand new. But, the monitor I received had a problem with the glass in the screen. There is a scratch in it that refracts the light. I was surprised that it was shipped with this obvious defect on the viewing screen. The cost of the shipping makes it prohibitive to shipping it back. So, I am living with the defect.

I ordered a Sony Monitor previously and there was not any problem with the screen. There was a mark on the outside of the monitor. Because of the quality of the Sony monitor I was open to purchasing the Mitsubishi monitor.

Previous to this I was very happy with your products and were telling my friends and relatives about my purchase. Because of my latest disappointment with the monitor I am telling my friends to be very cautious of their purchases with your company.
