Swappa ensure sellers are selling good quality products they have review method and we(buyers) are communicated throughout the transaction process, we communicate they have a team admin which reviews request and echoes it to seller. Furthermore shipping tracking is updated/communicated timely. Just the customized model instead of AI / robot generic messages, shows they are about satisfying the all stakeholders. "I've been using Swappa for a couple years now. If I'm unable to sell locally, or purchase locally, Swappa is my go to. I even use Swappa to see how much I can start the process of my device at. Also, take into consideration the 3% that PayPal takes plus another $8 - $15 it costs to ship the device via USPS. I'm willing to pay those process to not deal with the occasional local wierdos! "horrible customer service. One customer service called Travis can hold you hostage and it gets way personal. They always tell you go get your money back from paypal. Many frauds sellers. They refused to return my service fees. i had to go thru paypal and BBB to get it back."
