"The fan is quiet and works great. The switch is a neat little innovation that works without fail. My fan is located closer to the electrical panel than the dryer, so I installed the switch in the main electrical panel on one of the power wires to the dryer. Dryer is definately drying the clothes faster."

"Trying to keep 150 sq. ft. between 45 and 55% for my musical instruments. But even set on 75% it can't reach 55%, and to keep it above 45% I can't open the door to another 200 sq. ft. (should be able to do it all as advertised) without it starts to drop, and I have to have it on high warm mist which makes 120 hours impossible. I am bitterly disappointed, as I bought this expensive model to make sure I would have no problem. This after talking to customer service to make sure I was doing it right. Yet another ripoff from a so-called reputable company!"

"If I could give Sylvane zero stars I would. I ordered a wall heater over a month ago online. It was in stock at the time. After a couple of weeks, I received an email stating that my order was out of stock and I was informed that the new estimated delivery date was a couple of weeks later. That date came and went with no new notification. I called a Sylvane representative and was told that they have absolutely no clue when I could expect my order. I am renovating an apartment and I have electricians waiting to install the wall heater. After over a month, I had to cancel my order and decided to order a heater from a more ethical business. Now I will have to do my own installation because my electricians will be off to another job site. All this could have been avoided if Sylvane had been upfront and honest from the start."
