"Heater was easy to set up - just pop in humidifier tank and bottle and turn unit on. Heat is very warm right away and love that it oscillates too. Using in basement area so wasn't sure how well it would do but was pleasantly surprised. It doesn't heat the room to a toasty temp but it helps to take the chill out of the room and make it more comfortable. Only 'complaint' I have is the humidifier bottle is way too small and needs refilling often. But that wasn't the primary reason I bought the unit so not a deal breaker. "

"when I received the package, it was soaking wet. the cap was off of the bottle and the inside seal was compromised with a small opening in it . either the package had been handled roughly in shipping or the contents, being liquid, froze. it is very cold where I live so it could very well be that the contents froze. either way, im out the contents that I ordered and paid for. I will most definitely not order this thru the mail again. "
