I paid $117 for an OEM XP1800 CPU which was a very competative price on Pricewatcher. The shipping cost were resonable. "Great price on the SOYO K7V Dragon+ Athlon XP 1700+ combo. I also ordered some other items including a clearance Radeon LE vid card and an Antec SX1030B (on special for $79). I placed the order over the weekend, and I received a call from rep Pat on Monday to tell me that the case was out of stock. If I wanted to keep it on order, it would be available soon and there would be no additional freight charge. I kept it on order :)
I received another call from Pat the next day to let me know the video card was out of stock. Again "free freight" was offered if I wanted a different card. I didn't so that part of the order was cancelled.

I received everything except the case the same week I ordered it; everything was well packaged and everything works. I received the case the following week; it was shipped in the Antec box only. The box had taken some abuse, but the case is fine.

I hadn't used TCWO in a couple of years, but their specials and low shipping brought me back. I'll continue to shop there.
One minor item: I never received shipping confirmation on either delivery.
One thing I would like to see at the TCWO site is some sort of inventory status."

Some parts didn't work, but I got a RMA# they found out what was wrong a shipped a new part the same day. Tech support was very helpful and never waited more than 8 minutes. I received what I ordered, but have been trying to get off their email list for 3+ months now.

Their attitude was very poor. They responded by sending me 4 copies of their email newsletter. I think they have sold my email address to several other spammers :("

"On my last order, one of my items was a clearance item. It did not ship with the rest of the order, but 2 days later I got a call from TCWO explaining that the item had been sold out and if I wanted a similar item I would not be charged shipping for it. The big suprise here was that they called ME, not the reverse which is almost always the case when something like this happens. It shows they care enough about their customers to actually take the initiative to call them with order issues. I'm ordering almost exclusively with these guys now. Thanks TCWO!"
