"I spent this past weekend building a system. The vast majority of the parts, including motherboard, cpu, case and video card came from TCWO. It was because of comments here that I went to them in the first place! I wasn't disappointed. Everything came in under a week. Everything was new, fresh. It looks like a connector on the motherboard rubbed against its box, but did no damage. The computer went together perfectly and fired up on the first try. I am very happy and would buy again in a second.

Yes, there was a roll of Lifesavers in the box.

"I recently bought an AMD 1800 XP and a stick of 256MB DDR from you, using my
fathers name and card since I don't have a credit card. I found your site
from Pricewatch.com and not only did you NOT up the price when I got there
but the flat 7 bucks for shipping was awesome. When I got my murchandise,
quit quickly may I add, I found a roll of life-savers in the box. You know
it is the little things that show me that you want my return buisness and
you've got it. Just so that you know I still need hard drives, monitors,
dvd-roms and a lot more and I will come to your site first.

My desktop publishing instructor says price, quality, speed, you can have
any two, you put all three together. My suggestion is stay the same. :o).

"Been having problems with an Abit mobo that has killed 2 Athlon XP 1800's. Needed a cheap processor to test it out. Found that TCWO had 1 gig Duron's for $39. Placed order on the 8th, and received the chip on the 12th and managed to confirm that the mobo is the problem. Good prices on equipment and excellent price on shipping. Definitely the first place I'll look to, next time I need to upgrade or build a new PC."

"TCWO does a fine job in aspects with one exception. The time between placing your order and the order actually shipping is too great. I deal with several other vendors as well as TCWO and all ship much much faster, usually that same day. The only other issue I can think of is the buyer has no idea if a part is in stock when they order it or not. Knowing this would help a great deal."

"From one of those geeks who builds PC's. I just happened across TCWO website and was very impressed with the ease of use of the site, the product selection, and their prices. I decided to place an order. When placing my order I mase a mistake and ordered the wrong type of ram for the motherboard. There was no way to correct the order online(a feature which Pat told me will soon be added to the site) so I had to telephone the next day to make the corection. I have never experienced a more professional AND friendly staff anywhere. I spoke to about three or four different people there and the friendly attitude seemed pervasive. Especially my sales rep Pat. Now there is a gentleman with wonderful communication skills and and an attitude that says the customer is all important. The merchandise I ordered is supposed to be delivere3d today. I have a UPS tracking number and acknoledgement that the merchandise is in my city. If my first experience with Pat and TCWO is typical then TCWO has a new loyal customer in me AND I shal tell all my geek friends to be sure and visit TCWO's website."

"I placed a web order, then I called the next day to confirm. They said all was well and will go our for shipping that day. Later I get a message saying the shipment is being delyed for unknown reasons. I call, they said, they are not sure why it was delayed. While I was still on the phone with them I decided to verify the order. Turns out, even after the verification of product to be shipped, was out of stock, they just find out after the fact that they confirmed everything that I ordered. They claimed they arent sure when it will be in stock. Then I had to shell out even more just to get the next case up. Their mistake at my cost. The entire process was very confusing. I ordered on a Monday night, its now thursday, and its still not shipped yet. They have the money already, but I have no product and I'm still waiting. The sales person said they cannot make any guarantee, it might be 4 business days."

"While I've ordered in the past from TCWO -- this purchase wasn't ideal. I placed the order on a weekend, I called on Tuesday and they hadn't even seen the order yet. They needed to call and verify my credit card, but didn't contact me to let me know or ask for more information. I also never received an email confirming my order, which I thought was odd.
They finally processed the order and the customer service from then on was excellent...but overall I am not as satisfied as I was before, with them.

"I would like to once again state that TCWO has proven to be on of the best resellers on the net. I returned a CPU as bad, according to their tests, it was good. When I got it back, I was still unable to get it to work properly. Without question, they replaced it with a new one that I am happy to say is scooting along just as it should. Buy from the best!"

" Ordered an Antec SX-1040B Case on Saturday (I know they're closed on weekends) and recieved a confirmation email right away. Tuesday afternoon I still didn't recieve an email saying my order was processed so I called up. Customer service was very good but I was disappointed to hear they were out of stock. They told me it would take a day or two to get the case and they'd ship it out right away. We'll see how the rest goes. I just wish I knew they were out of stock when I made the order. "

"Don't buy a CPU from them. They must buy the lowest grade CPUs available or something, because I've had 2 now, and the first one died, and the second one I have to underclock a great deal to keep it running at 53C with an Arctic Silvered Thermalright SK-6. Awesome, guys! Sent me another low-grade pre-overclocked (maybe not, but you explain it) piece of junk, and then don't trust me enough to send me another CPU before I return this one, since I can't go without a computer for the week and a half it takes you to send the frigging thing. From my recent experience with you and other online retailers, I guess crappy business is a habit for online retailers nowadays.

Very, very disappointed. Don't think I'll be buying here ever again.
