"I placed an order on Wednesday, and no news about processing and shipping on Friday night. I tried to get in touch twice by email, no reply !!!

Finally, I called on saturday morning to get the tracking number, and ther problem is with the communication as they ship my order quite rapidly !!!"

"Was apprehensive at first because by second day of order, I still wasn't receiving emails with a tracking number. On third day of order and after having called several times, I spoke to John (??) who provided me with a tracking number. As well, Customer Service had by then responded. By fourth day, product was at my doorstep - from Ontario to BC during Christmas Break. Had part installed and works great. Great service. Definitely will order again. "

"Ordered a part which came literally wrapped in packaging tape. Parts were missing, powder coat was stripped. It looked almost used. Sent a detailed description and asking for answers to which the response was "Due to the large amount of orders the vendor doesn't really care about them"

"Very slow inaccurate shipping. Ordered on the 25th wasn't shipped out till 26th. When I got the tracking number it was static at shipping location? After calling carrier they they had the wrong address --->no apartment number???! Good luck won't order there again."
