terrible company, terrible customer service.

"It has now been two months since placing my order with TDOT.
Two rough country bumpers and a mesh grill, over 3,000 dollars **** with them. After the first 15 days of correspondence with them I was given numerous excuses like this being a special order, or this item is backlogged from rough country, or... because of the "pandemic" everything is taking longer. The most recent is that they are waiting on a answer from their warehouse to give me ETA from rough country.
When my order was placed i was told they are a essential service, so...... business as usual. I have had items from other companies shipped with no problems during this "pandemic" , from China haha.
I'm still waiting on their next lie, after contacting rough country myself and confirming there is no backlog and that they have no shortage of these parts. Sounds like my only option now is to complain through BBB and get my refund.

Sh***y Customer service and untold extra fees

"So. I ordered my mags from them on April 26. They emailed me couple days later to ask more informations about my truck to be sure it would fit well. At this point I was happy, I thought hey nice they care about my satisfaction.
They told me they would send me an email as soon as they shipped and that it could take 1-2 weeks.
2 weeks later (May 11) I emailed them cause I didn’t have any infos. They answer me that they don’t have my wheels in stock so that they had to order them from the manufacturer and that I would have to pay 65$ more per wheel. So 260$ more cause THEY didn’t have the wheels. I already paid 1218$ for my mags so I asked them if they’re is any way to get rid of this surprise fee that THEY DIDN’T TELL ME IT COULD HAPPEN. I mean at least warn me before.
So anyway I asked them to pay for the 260$ or to give my money back cause I wouldn’t pay the extra fee.
They didn’t answer me for a week after I asked for a refund. Had to “spam” them (4 emails) before they answered me they would refund me.
Got the refund email today which is May 22, almost a month later.

Really unhappy with the company.

Although they were very apologetic and very polite in their unclear emails.

I don’t think any company should charge their clients to pay for the fright fees from the manufacturer if they don’t have them in stock. It’s not the client’s fault. They should get their s**t straight and pay for their own fright fees.

Terrible customer service

"Basically told to go F myself because I said the site was clunky and emailed them on the fact it had NOT one tire option for a Tacoma truck. That It should be a "Breeze" because I'm looking at custom trucks.. I didn't know things like bolt patterns or anything for the 30 minutes I wasted on the site..

going over to 4wheelparts.ca they actually guided me without a condescending email attached to it was terrible.

Jeep Winter front

"on Nov. 26-2019 I ordered & paid for a winter front for My Jeep Grand Cherokee. I received notification that my order was processed & when it was shipped I would be notified. After 2 weeks of hearing Nothing I sent an email to their Customer Service. After a couple of days i received an email requesting the confirmation before the order would be sent to the Manufacturer. I accepted & next day I received an email from Customer Service that they only received Confirmation Yesterday after I accepted & that was the reason for the Delay. I was then advised the manufacturer would ship the Product to me & would take 15 business Days. That will put it now into the New Year. Winter is half over. Why could they not have me accept When I first placed the Order. POOR SLOPPY SERVICE"

Beyond Satisfied

Horrible costomer service

"Ordered a lift kit that was missing pieces when it came. It's been 3 weeks since I received the product and still nothing has been done. I finely got fed up and want to just return it now. So now they have me waiting for return instructions. Seems like this website is just a middle man. Order somewhere else for your own good. "

"PLEASE READ AND AVOID THE AGREVATION

Ordered an air intake and stoptech cross drilled rotor brake kit ind of May. recieved the package 3 weeks later despite living in the TDOT. despite their advertisment they dont ship from Canada, it ships from the manufacturer in the states.

Air intake was fine, but the rotors where wrong, they sent me 2 front driver side rotors. i found this out after installing the front brake pads. left them as i really needed them and thought nothing of it as i figured id get the right rotor from them. Sent them an email and heard back a few days later. I had to send them the rotor in before they would address the issue.

3 weeks later i get a whole new brake kit in the mail and sure enough its the same issue. 2 front left sided cross drilled rotors! i contacted Stefan X104 seemed nice enough to assist said that they would refund me the cost of the brake kit and find me the replacement.

Now everytime i call i dont get through to anyone and they dot respond to my emails.

this has been going on for 3 months and i still dont have this recitifed. I have gotten my credit card involved. needless to say i would recommend that everyone steer clear of this company. they dont keep their word. i was supposed to recieve confirmation of the replacement brake kit days ago and a packing slip to return all this junk back to them.

Very poor business practice.

"Pretty satisfied with my purchase experience. I was looking to buy replacement brake rotors for my vehicle but Im not too familiar with cars. The website was pretty easy to use but I did not know my car's detailed specs so I just selected a random submodel that I thought would be correct. Jay from tdot reached out to me and helped me find the correct part for my vehicle. I would have rated 4 stars because they would not be able to get it to me for another 15 business days but after looking around, no one else could get it to me sooner so I just went with them and am very glad I did. Would definitely recommend."
