"We have loved Tutor Time! My only wish is that there was more security at the door. People let other parents in all the time without having to enter their codes. Because not everyone knows everyone, you can't be certain you are actually letting a parent in vs. an outsider. This is really my only concern. Previous daycares have made a rule that everyone has to punch in, so you can't hold the door for anyone. I really wish Tutor Time had this policy as well!"

"Entrusting my child to another's care was far more difficult than I would have anticipated. This is our first child, and I toured multiple centers before finding Tutor Time. They were the only establishment to acknowledge my feelings. They have since offered loving safe care for our precious little girl."

"I think when my daughter was an infant we had a wonderful teacher. she left you to better pay. when she moved up to toddler she had a great teacher. that teacher also left you to get better pay. we've been lucky so far as the her teachers have been good. substitute teachers and replacements after a a teacher leaves. Not so much. I have not seen one good one come in yet. I think Ashley is a much better manager than Katie was. The new manager that replaced Katie above actually hasn't said one word to me in 2 months she's never introduced yourself. My name is Fred binczik. My daughter goes to Tutor Time in Champlin in my opinion the best teacher you have an entire school is Miss Kia it would be a shame if she went to another school. I have talked to every teacher that left and all of them left do to management or pay despite what Katy fields put on the board. I also think the district director above Katie is a problem I suspect if any of our other friends they school we will also leave."

"Was pleasantly surprised at how genuinely welcoming both the director and preschool teacher were. They called both of us by name and seemed more engaged than any of our other tours have. They were very friendly and helpful with all of my questions."

"Most of the staff is great. Communication from the top is not very good, but from teachers is much better. We have had issues with some teachers in the past but are very pleased with both of our children's main teachers right now."

"Jessica has attended TT since she was 6 weeks old! We used to love bring here there and the staff was pleasant. Now Jessica appears to be neglected at TT and other parents are telling us the same about their children that attend (or did attend). Now there is a severe lack of attention to the curriculum, safety, and accountability demonstrated by the staff. Things have been better for the last couple of weeks so maybe TT has hit rock bottom and will now rise up and be acceptable once again? Only time will tell or we sadly have no choice but to move Jessica out."

"Ms. Kia is why we are still there. Katie will be the reason we leave. When problems are brought to her attention she minimises our concerns and/or ignores us. She should not be in the position that she is in. She lacks the people skills to deal with parents."

"I feel when we first started at this center I fully trusted the staff/center. The past 6 months, I'm not sure if I trust what's being said. My oldest complains that some teachers yell at the kids and are mean. I seem to like the younger kids classrooms and have only noticed problems since having a child in the preschool classrooms. Lots of teacher turn over and lack of structure and consistancy. I do love the assistant director and trust her and her opinions and thoughts and feels that she does care about my kids."
