"Love the staff and location."

"I have had a great connection with everyone, except his teacher Janis Brown. She always seems so cold & not comforting towards the children. I have watched children standing on chairs & tables while she goes minutes without looking at them. I have tried to engage, but I do not feel any compassion. There has been an incident report weekly since starting there. I understand things happen, but some seemed like it was from lack of engagement. I honestly feel very welcomed every time I go in & the rest of the staff is extremely friendly. I just wonder how much education we will see. I really do love this place & want to feel comfortable staying here."

"The initial experience was a little rocky. On his first day, we didnt know which class he would be in and nor did the morning staff. The early morning teacher was unprepared for his arrival which made it very stressful for both my son and I. I wasnt given time to calm my son before he was snatched away and pulled into the classroom by a staff member. It's also very frustrating that the keypad for the door does not work in the morning. It leads to crowding in the doorway."

"Since beginning with this TutorTime location, there have been a few changes. However, the staff and admin,especially the current director, have been integral in ensuring my childs safety, happiness, and continued learning. We are incredibly happy with our TutorTime family and are always grateful for everything they do for the children. We are so lucky to have found such a loving, supportive, and forward-thinking educational environment for our daughter. All of the staff, from the director, to our child's teacher, all the way to the chef, greet us with smiles, hugs for our little one, and truly let us know she is loved and cared for. "Very unnerving rollercoaster. We are on our 3rd director in 3 years. To start, if you get acknowledged when coming or leaving you can tell its script. The assistant director does not want to be there and rolls her eyes alot. My son likes his teacher and we are happy he's not be shuffled room to room anymore which was constantly but since raising concern, he stays put now.The place is not very kept up. Starting with the parking lot and front grass. There is so much trash everywhere that just sits there. The floors are dirty and reception is never tidy. Almost like a mom and pop shop which for the price you'd expect at least the front of the building be kept up to shed an appearance they care.Its sad though, we used to brag about this school but now cant wait to be done there."
