"This school has just been a day care for my children. Nothing special. They move my kids all around, to meet their census, and good luck trying to get consistency. I guess the scavenger hunt to find their bags/clothes daily is something."

"The paperwork process was quite long, drawn out for major unnecessary reasons. Once we were actually able to start it was absolutely amazing! Still is! Ms. Ellen is my son's favorite! He talks about her at home and wants to bring her home! I was very scared in moving him but I didn't have a choice. Now, were moved and in a great routine I am so very thankful I was put in that situation. he is extremly happy and well taken care of a loved by everyone there. He and I both feel that when he walks in! Thank you!"

"I think the day-to-day care is exellent. There are inconsistencies with communication, I have never been prewarned about classroom changes and my son has had to switch up 2x between age groups and it's felt like I drop him off in one room and then the next time he needs to go elsewhere. So while the school prepares the children by allowing time in the next classroom, the parents have been left out of the communication chain. I have always felt blindsided by it when a simple email or note stating that so-and-so is next on the list to move into this classroom would be nice."

"I loved it when Dana was in charge. She ran a tight shift and everyone did what they were supposed to. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and I never worried about my son. Once she retired, the whole place fell apart. Tiffany almost destroyed it. Teachers were unhappy and complained. I heard other parents talk about leaving because nothing was ever done. I called corporate to complain several times. She is finally gone and it's gotten so much better. We are happy here again."

"My experience with Mrs Nona. My daughters teacher and Mrs Annetta and the other teacher that help Mrs Nona has been Amazing. Mrs Nona has a natural nurturing spirit and ability to hone in to s child’s need and comfort zone. Her knowledge is impeccable when it comes to teaching and organizing s classroom. Mrs Nona is an excellent example of a great teacher on the right track to be a tutortime Director and owner."

"When I first brought my son to this school I thought it was a good fit with the initial staff they had on hand. After they changed directors and assistant director, the school went downhill. There was no order, no friendly atmosphere, never knew what special events were going on for the holidays and the teachers kept changing. I feel like my child isn't learning anything and I see the teacher's are stressed out and unable to teach the kids because the ratio of kids to instructor is too much (for early preschool)."

"My overall experience has been a 7 out of 10. At the end of the day I have grown to love the teachers that interact with my child. I feel that they in turn truly care for my child. There have been issues with the teacher to child ratio and administrative issues, that make me question our continued patronage of Tutor Time."
