"Prices are good, but you pay for it in poor customer service. It's not that they don't try; they just don't seem to be able to give out accurate information about orders. A month after receiving my TV I hadn't received my extended warranty. The first 4 times I called over the next few weeks I was told it would be sent to me tomorrow, or that it was already sent. E-mails went unanswered. It was not until my fifth call that I received it."
"Competitive prices, but customer service is lacking. I was repeatedly told incorrect shipping information from multiple employees (typically that something had already shipped, only to find out days later that it hadn't yet). Still waiting (after two months) for part of my order."
"ordered a warranty for tv i purchased, took 3 weeks to recieve and when i tried to activate it, it was not a valid number, i called them and explsained this to them, and after 10 minutes of explaining thry said they would call me back, which they never did, i called again 3 days later and was told they were sending another, but after 3 weeks i rec'd nothing , icalled and wastold theperson handling iy would call me, no call once again, i sent an email expaining i would disput this charge, and still no reply, so idisputterd the charge and 3 days later got email saying they were crediting my account, funny for something that was in the mail? run around no return calls,lies, and ignorance."
