"I am extremely disappointed in Talbots. I ordered two pair of Perfect Chinos, one black and a second in white only because of a BOGO promotion. The white pair shipped but not the black. I called and the associate informed me that the black was on back order. That information did not appear on the website when I ordered, nor was I told when I called to complete the order (the website would not accept the choice of US as my country so I had to call instead). I did not receive an email notification that the black pants were back ordered. I would likely not have ordered these items if I had known that the black pants were back ordered and the associate did not have access to any further information and was unable to tell me when if ever my pants would arrive. It appears the order might be cancelled instead but I have no way of knowing if or when. This is not the level of service I expect from Talbots as a long time customer."

I would prefer this young lady over some off the American customer service people who were clearly in a bad mood and difficult. I have hung up on customer service reps like that."
