"Never order from this company. They sell inferior products & do not stand behind them. My mother ordered a kitchen scale which was delivered a month after she ordered it. Wrote customer service about instructions telling you that you need a lithium battery, however, it came w/2 AAA batteries. In either case none work & when I emailed to tell them, they said it was past the 30 day return window. Well, my mom was away for 2.5 wks & just now opened the box. Told her never trust a company that does not have a 800# or anyone you can talk to. She is out $$'s & stuck w/a scale that does not work."

I am so very sorry you feel this way! Our items hold a 30 day warranty that starts from the day the product is delivered. Due to policy and the order being beyond this warranty, the representative could not get a reshipment or a refund for the item. I am so sorry for any inconvenience.

"My wife and I have spent close to $1,000 on this site over the past year. We understood the delay in deliver, but it was justified by the price. Recently, things have changed.
Orders are canceled without notification. Refunds take two to three weeks. Orders that used to ship out in up to 10 business days, are lucky to ever ship out. Since I found you on Deals of America, and I'm a contributing partner with them, expect them to stop carrying your deals.
There reasoning is always they are "just a small business of 22". Here is a little tip if you expect to grow, hire more staff. Communicate all steps of the purchase process. My biggest tip would be purchase something online from a business like Jos A Bank. See how the pros do it. See the communication from start to finish. Mirror that and you will grow.
Also, I do not want your 15% off coupons anymore to help soothe another mistake. After receiving 3 of these, a 4th will never be used. I have cancelled your emails and you are dead to me. A real leader would evaluate the on slot of complaints you have been receiving lately. Apparently no leader is included in your small company of 22."

We ask that you allow 5-10 business days for an order to ship out. For our holiday shipping times, it can vary because we have many different warehouses. Beneath the description, on the product page, there will be expected delivery dates listed. We always recommend checking this first before adding items to the cart.
I reviewed the correspondence between you and our customer service department and see you requested for the order to be cancelled if it wouldn't arrive in time for the holiday. The representative canceled and fully refunded the order for you due to delays causing the item to not arrive in time. Depending on your financial institution, funds can take 48 hours up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect on your account.
