We ask that you allow 5-10 business days for your order to ship out. Although the order was shipped within this time frame, I know this product should have arrived before the holiday and tracking shows it has not yet been delivered.
We've issued you a partial refund on the item that you have not yet received. Funds can take 2-7 business days to process depending on the financial institution. If you would prefer to return the item, we can get you a prepaid return label issued.

"I ordered an iPad from Tanga, with free shipping. I placed my order on 12/5/14. I received an email on 12/8/14 indicating USPS has received pre-shipment notification for a 2-day delivery requiring signature and I should expect my order 12/14/14-12/24/14. Logically, one would think this would ship the week of 12/8 or 12/15/14. Nupe. I finally emailed Tanga on 12/22/14, Monday, to inquire "where's my stuff?" I received an reply indicating Tanga would check into it and it would take 2-5 days to get a response from their suppliers. I immediately emailed Tanga back and asked for a refund. I received a reply on 12/23/14, Tuesday, indicating my iPad had shipped on 12/23/14, which coincidentally I had received an email overnight from USPS that my package had left a Bronx facility and arrived at a Bethpage, NY facility. Tanga replied to my email regarding my requested refund and said they couldn't refund my monies since my order has shipped. I could also return my iPad if I so desired once received. They will issue a partial refund however, $5.00-refunded. The morning of 12/24/14 my order is still sitting in Bethpage, NY. USPS shows estimated delivery 12/26/14. I started reading back on the shipping policies. I should have received my order by now according to Tanga's website. I replied back to Tanga and questioned them about this delay. Tanga indicated my ordered should have shipped by the 20th of Dec. Since it didn't ship until the 23rd I was issued a partial refund, $5.00. I'm welcome to return the iPad once received if I no longer want the item. There is nothing more they can do-according to Tanga. As I told them, my money is tied up with this order. I can't go purchase another iPad, wait for Tanga's iPad to arrive, return it and wait weeks for a credit refund. They don't even care if they lose customers. Their CSR rep. wasn't helpful at all. This is why companies like #amazon rank in the top and #tanga will go out of business. Tanga's business model is poor. Now I know to use Amazon or local. I didn't save time or money.
On 12/26/14 I received my iPad. However, it was the incorrect style and type. I have to return it and hope to receive a refund. I have filed a complaint with PayPal and the BBB of Arizona. "

It looks like the order was slightly delayed getting out, however was shipped. At the time you requested a cancellation, the order had already been exported for fulfillment and at that point can no longer be cancelled or modified.
The representative had sent a status request over to our warehouse for more information. The warehouse were able to provide the tracking and had shipped the product.
There was a partial refund issued on the order for the delay, and the coupon that was issued to you will be valid until June 30, 2015. A prepaid return label has also been issued for you to use to return the product for a full refund and a representative will also be in touch with more information.

"I ordered a pair of leather gloves and got a used pair. There is no price tag. The box is broken and wrapped with tape. I told them the situation and asked to return them. They just sent me a return authorization form without saying anything. No return label as they mentioned in their policy.
Tanga, this is not a smart way to do business.
