"I love Tanga deals. I have gotten some amazing deals on what turned out to be awesome products. I would highly recommend it to my friends.
However, my recommendation would come with a caveat: make sure you know exactly what you are buying. Some products might not be exactly what you expected. A few may be better than expected, a few may be worse. The product descriptions are often not detailed enough to know beforehand and some products really need to be seen or touched before you spend money on them (bed sheets come to mind)."

"I purchased an inexpensive t-shirt for my son on February 20. I heard nothing, but we did not receive the shirt. I sent two emails to Tanga and they replied that their supplier could not give them a shipping date. If I wanted to cancel, let them know and they would refund my money. I called them up and cancelled, but what really got me upset is that they charged my credit card when the order was placed, and not when it was shipped. They said that they are refunding the money. They should charge once it is shipped.
They are on my list of unapproved suppliers."

"Price for Merchandise and shipping was fair, item arrived as advertised (I understood it to be three items of three different colors but three black were OK)and within three days of ordering. My only beef is the refusal to recognize PO Boxes, which are legal addresses in spite of what lawyers claim. I had to go through PayPal to get the order to be accepted - a crappy way to have to do business. By the way, the package was delivered to my snow covered front porch because we don't use it during the winter - I'd forgotten how you have to write out delivery instructions for FedEx. UPS gets here enough that they know already. Anyway, overall rating is a four because they got good stuff here cheap and fast. I just really hate "No PO Boxes.""

"I have not yet gotten in touch with Tanga about this issue, so I do not want to be unfair to Tanga. All business in the past that I have done with them has been very good, and I have no reason to believe this will be any different.
Having said that, I am really disappointed in the product itself. It came in an open box, it had minor cracks, no instructions, and appeared to have possibly been a previously returned item.
UPDATE:
I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT since I posted this review, Tanga IMMEDIATELY contacted me to remedy the situation. They provided solution options, and, true to their word, they honored that remedy which I chose.
I also want to stress once again that my review was written BEFORE I had had the chance to contact Tanga about the issue. I had only received the item the night before, and got the request for a review almost immediately (another credit to Tanga).
Thank you to the people at Tanga for handling the issue honorably. I look forward to doing lots more business with you."

Your item went through a quality control check, which happens on a lot of our items to make sure we get everything out. Your item went through a quality control check which resulted in us realizing that we had picked the incorrect size! Going back we found we needed to order more in your size. Our items sell out very quickly, its the nature of our business.
Although your item was caught, a shipping label was created which is why you were charged. Your shirt size was placed on back order with the intent of getting more in stock.
Again, we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience of the item being placed on back order and some of the confusion that came along with that.
