"The ring I received was well worth the nothing I paid for it. The black inserts turned out to be rubber bands which dislodged within 30 minutes of having put the ring on. Functionally speaking, it is a ring, it is made of metal, and it wraps around my finger- it's just not a great ring. "

"The best and friendliest customer service around! There appeared to be misdelivery of my package to an entirely different state, and when I contacted customer service, to my surprise they responded within just a few minutes and not only apologized, but made a full refund on the spot. Turns out I had actually been given the wrong tracking number because my package showed up two days later. I was thrilled to get it because it was something I needed! I contacted Tanga about paying for the item since they had refunded my payment and to my utter shock and amazement, they insisted I keep the item AND at no charge. You don't see that kind of customer service these days. It truly is like a mom and pop store on the internet. Heck, the next time I'm in Arizona, I may have to look them up! "

"I would not do (and personally will not do) business with this small minded company. They falsely advertised gloves as "wool" when the product sent was 10% wool. (No need to mention the 80% that was acrylic is there?) They did agree to refund my purchase price, but only if I would pay to ship the poor quality gloves back to them. The gloves are certainly not worth the postage, but back they go."
