I ordered the SmartSensor Infrared Thermometer Leak Detector and it displays an error message on the screen. My emails and contact via the website have not been responded to. Very disappointing and will prevent me from making future purchases there.

"I love TANGA. They are the best. I hope all 15 employees get rich with this company. I am almost out of control with Tanga. The daily deals come in and seems like I always want at least one of them. I am trying to limit myself to one order a week.
I had knee replacement in late November so did all Christmas shopping online. I ordered a lot from Tanga and everything came in NOT BROKEN, and was even better than I expected in most cases.
They are a super company. Very uncomplicated website, good customer service, good products, great prices and daily deals. I would advise anyone who has not shopped with them to give them a chance. You won't be sorry.

I thought since i ordered during the holidays they were just a little slow but after reading these reviews just looks like their plan slow. I check my email and status of my order everyday. "TERRIBLE ... I ordered two rings on Dec 3, 2013 so i could have them by Christmas. three weeks later, I hadn't received anything. I contacted Tanga and they said that the order was lost in shipping. I asked them to make it right by expediting the new shipment and never heard back. Two more weeks passed and I contacted them again ... was told that the order should arrive shortly. Another week passed, and I got the same answer. Now it's the middle of January, and who knows where my order is? These people are terrible. They ask for patience because they are a small company, but even a halfway decent company of a few people could get this right. They promise to do whatever it takes to make things right (The "Tanga Promise"). What a lie. Tanga sucks. Terribly. One star is one star too generous."

"I have had a similiar experience with Tanga. I ordered the Beat earphones for my son for xmas. When he opened them and wanted to use them they did not work. They had a short in them and they were not cheap. I sent several emails to Tanga on 12/25 and then more during the week and have not received one email. I also had another order and still have not received all the merchandise I was charged for even though I have an email from Tanga on 12/2 saying it was in the fulfillment center and would be shipped. After the 1st experience I was willing to give you another chance due to you pricing but your customer service and now with the useless pair of earphones my son received for Christmas that I can not return it seems I will NEVER purchase from you again."
