"I ordered a ring from this site, it is supposed to be Tungsten Ring with a Carbon Fiber Inlay. My husband already owns a Tungsten ring so I thought this would be great for him. Same metal, different color, but this ring turned my husband bright red and made his finger swell up. He can not wear this ring. I had put it on to see if maybe this was the wrong size for some reason (same size as his other Tungsten ring) Nope, My finger always swelled up and turned bright red after having it on for an hour. I don't know what this is made of, but it is not Tungsten. You get what you pay for."

"Well, it's been a month since I ordered a product and I still don't have it. The tracking info is conveniently unavailable. I sent 3 different e-mails asking about my order and it was a week each time on the first 2 times before I heard anything back and I never heard anything back on the 3rd time. I'm not very impressed with this company at all. I think they are using the fact that they are "small" as an excuse not to follow through on things. I doubt that I will order anything else from them. I like to support small businesses, but I expect better service than this."

"I have had an extremely poor customer service experience with Tanga. I was able to accept my orders not being shipped for two weeks due to them coming from various distributors. The longer wait was worth it for a perceived discount. But their inability to respond to a customer after more than two weeks is unacceptable.
One of my orders sat for more than two weeks, was split into two shipments then was delivered to the wrong address in a completely different state. I double checked and they had my correct shipping address - it just ended up in NC instead of PA for no reason. I contacted Tanga three times using both their online customer service and email (****@****). In addition, I left three voice mail messages and have not heard back from anyone. I have been trying to get a response from Tanga for more than two weeks.
I understand errors happen sometimes, but if this is how Tanga does customer service then it will be the last time I order from them.

My original order was taking too long to get processed so Tanga canceled the order and apologized. Tanga let me know and sent a full refund along with a gift for my troubles.
I decided to give Tanga another shot. I placed another similar order and it arrived as promised.
I got an unexpected surprise a few days ago when my original order arrived. My order must have gotten lost in shipping or Tanga fulfilled my canceled order. Either way, it was a nice surprise.
