"Love the products, but often after I place my order, it's been cancelled on Tanga's side without notifying me due to the item being out of stock. While I understand people ordering the same item and stock running out, if the item is ordered, an email should be sent to the customer that has their order cancelled telling them so. I had placed two separate orders and waited and waited for tracking information, then after repeatedly checking the website I finally saw that the order(s) had been cancelled. This was very frustrating, as one of those orders was to be a gift. I had been counting on the arrival of the package, just to find out on my own that it was never going to happen. This is very frustrating and not good customer service.

"I love the premise of Tanga, small company, cool people. In my first order I got 2 of my 3 items. The third item st for over 2 weeks in a facility about 25 miles from my home, yet I could not get anyone to respond as to why it was just sitting. I'd ordered it in plenty of time for Christmas but it never arrived. About a week after Christmas it was shipped back to Tanga. My emails went unanswered. Again, I want to support Tanga, so I re-ordered the item and to this day, it has never left the Tanga warehouse, yet they have my money for the item. I have gotten one kind Tanga gal to respond to my email, but unfortunately she says she has no answers for me as to why after 2 weeks my item hasn't shipped. No more orders from me. It takes Two to Tanga and I'm done."

"I have been receiving emails from Tanga (uncertain on how I'd stumbled across the website) however, this was my 1st time really reveiwing what items were available for purchase. I noticed the bottle of Body by Burberry and I know this is an expensive perfume. The price was AMAZING! The item was shipped beautifully. There was no breakage and given this is a smaller company, they emailed me upfront not to expect the item as fast as some major online retailers. They made it clear as to expectations and despite the disclaimer, the item was still received (in my opinion) well within reason. I'm a very happy customer and I will certainly purchase from Tanga again. I've also put out word of mouth to my friends, family and associates! Seriously great service!!!"
