"The pre-order items weren't even available for pre-order, which defeats the purpose, other items weren't even available for shipment which resulted in me spending more to have it shipped by usps and painstakingly looking for a box that was big enough to fit the item I purchased. The item I'm talking about is the F.A.O Schwarz electric guitar for kids."
"Bought an online deal. Store location I choose had 8 left. Processed order and verything looked good. One hour late got an email saying it was out of stock. There were only two options to resolve this: 1) Pick another store, which I tried, but they were all out of stock or 2) Cancel order.
I truly wish they could have had a third option, that when they restocked they would honor the sale price of $80 off. Very dissapointed.

"This was a gift, I was racing the clock, picked my order, then i read you need $15 more to do a delivery, oh ok I didn’t know that, so I look some more, type my product in the search, I pick same day delivery then they give me my options, I select one, then the shopper started shopping for my order and tells me they don’t have that product so I tell her my complaint that it said it was so now what, so she picks for me since I can no longer trust what I see online as options. She sends me a pict, I am having a friend check what I get to make sure this gift is something they would like, as shopper says or we can cancel the product, I say but I didn’t think that was an option as it pied up I need $15 more for delivery, she asks if I’m a member I say no so she wasn’t sure and said I can deliver the one product but I will be charged for delivery and I told her, I did pay for delivery already I saw it on the charges as I paid, so I send the pict to the friend they approve and so I tell my shopper let’s just stick with what you found and be done. Shopper service was excellent. She even did a note for me. But the online part not the best"

I went online and target had marked the items up to the full price. So instead of $20, an item was $200 for example. Dishonest of them to do this. "
"I ordered a Halloween shirt online. All the other store didn’t have it, but they the store over in plantation Florida said that they had it so when I ordered it two hours later, I get a confirmation telling me that it’s ready and to come and get it so I have to work. I drove all the way over there which was a 35 minute drive pulled into this parking spot. I was a number one space sat there for 40 to 45 minutes before anybody. Nobody came to the car to tell me nothing, so turn around and get out of my car and grab the guy that was passing out the bed. He says oh yeah the guy coming so I’m like OK finally the guy comes hand me give currency for sorry we can’t find it. Can’t call the customer can’t tell the customer that you know don’t bother coming. We can’t find it we’ll refund your money. No nothing make me make a trip all the way out there. That is just poor poor customer service and I’m a store manager for another retail store, and I would never do that to a customer. "
"I placed an order and was able to add items to my cart, checkout and pay, only to have my entire order cancelled less than 30 minutes later. The only reason given was that there was a “technical issue on their end”! No offer to make adjustments, or to make the order right. Just cancelled! "
